Crazy Met’s Chariot Emporium and Taxi Service

Business was pretty good last week at “Crazy Met’s Chariot Emporium and Taxi Service”. Each day last week, Met used his specially tricked-out goat chariot to escort five people to different locations around ancient Egypt. During each trip all passengers stopped at a different temple to pray, and each saw a different exotic animal for sale while passing through the marketplace. From this information, and the following clues, determine each passenger’s destination, the temple where each stopped, the exotic animal seen, and the day of the trip. Meanwhile, Met will be changing the oil on the goats and applying some cool new flame-decals.

1. The five passengers were Gabash, the one who went to the Pyramids, the one who stopped at the Temple of Annubis (who traveled sometime before Yip), the one who saw the camel, and Monday’s passenger.

2. Panod (who traveled the day after the Valley of the Kings was visited), the one who stopped at the Temple of Horus, and the one who saw the snake traveled on three consecutive days, in some order.

3. The passenger who visited the Nile River and the one who prayed to Osiris didn’t travel on consecutive days.

4. Eldu’s trip was sometime after the person who stopped at the Temple if Isis, both of which occurred at some point after the trip to see the Sphinx.

5. The passenger who took the trip to Amarna (who didn’t travel on Wednesday), the person who prayed to Ra, and the one who saw the monkey traveled on three consecutive days, in some order.

6. The person who saw the vulture (who didn’t travel on Tuesday) went the day after the passenger who made a sacrifice at the Temple of Osiris.

Best of luck, and may the gods be on your side.
