Huntsdale Town Council Meeting June 19, 2007 Katy’s Little Lodge B & B

Meeting called to order by Mayor Debby Lancaster at 6:30 p.m. May 15, 2007 Town Council Meeting Minutes Approved: Dallas Lancaster motioned that the minutes be approved with the correction of Tonnie Cook to Tonnie Martin. Kurt Shryack 2nd the motion. Treasurers Report: Dallas motioned that the May Income Statement be approved. Kurt Shryack 2nd the motion.

Old Business No old business required discussion. New Business Lenau/Brown Annexation Agreement Review Ana Lopez, member of the Huntsdale Building Code Committee, presented/read the 10/18/2006 addendum to Lenau/Brown Annexation Agreement.

Ed McGee motioned the following amendments be made to the current Lenau/Brown Annexation Agreement: 1. Increase number of campsites to 30 individual tent sites set up for 2 tents per site, 3 group tent sites, and 8 RV campsites. 2. Maximum number of campers be increased from 150 to 300. Boone County Public Works Mayor Debby Lancaster announced that deadline for submission of requests from Boone County Public Works is June 30, 2007.

It was agreed that request for funds to work on the storm water drain off problems on the Hunt Street and Main as well as Tuttle Street.

Requests to be submitted for $10,000 per street for repairs/drainage and an additional $1,000 for snow removal expenses.

The floor was opened for public comments. Ana Lopez gave Ed McGee equipment needed to paint the yellow stripes on Railroad St. Ana announced that the Otto Hamilton Black Dog Dance Troup, Osage Indians, will be coming to the Huntsdale Festival. There were no further comments.

Dallas Lancaster motioned the meeting be adjourned. Ed McGee 2nd the motion.
