T.O.O.Ms.No.348, dt:25.11.2010 * * * ORDER: In the reference 5th cited, the Commission Secretary/APERC/ Hyderabad informed that Sri M.Satya Murthy, CE (EA, Opn., & IT) APTransco has been selected for the post of Director (Engineering) in APERC/ Hyderabad on deputation basis for the period up to 31.03.2014 (date of superannuation).

After careful consideration, APTransco hereby accords permission for deputation of Sri M.Satya Murthy, CE (EA, Opn., & IT) APTransco to Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission/Hyderabad as Director (Engineering) for a period up to 31.03.2014 (date of superannuation) from the date of joining, on usual terms and conditions of deputation of APTransco employees as annexed to the T.O.O.

3. Sri M.Satya Murthy, CE (EA, Opn., & IT) is directed to report to the Commission Secretary/Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission/ Hyderabad after obtaining proper relief in the present post.
