RE: Client Database (CDB) Benchmarks; 4th Quarter, FY12

Attached are statewide benchmarks data for the fourth quarter and total period of Fiscal Year 2012 (FY12) for colorectal cancer (Attachment 1) and prostate cancer (Attachment 2). This reflects Client Database (CDB) data from 03/01/12 through 6/30/12, and 07/01/11 through 6/30/12, as run on 10/10/12. We will send your jurisdiction-specific data electronically to your CRF/CPEST Program Director/Coordinator.

We ask that you: Review your report(s) Correct data in the CDB where needed and appropriate Document any issues/anomalies in the CDB Review local policies/procedures in order to improve processes related to benchmarks, if needed.

Statewide, we have met 5 of 7 colorectal cancer benchmarks and 5 of 9 prostate cancer benchmarks for the total fiscal year. Please note: On the report, “No Data” means that no records met the criteria of the benchmark in the time frame selected in the report. Data is new for the 4th quarter and the total fiscal year and was not rerun for the first, second, and third quarters.

Thank you for your efforts in meeting benchmarks. Should this office have any questions about the reports, we will contact you. If you have any questions/issues you would like to discuss, please let me know (410-767- 2616 or [email protected]).
