The Court has reviewed the Motion for Order Allowing Inspection and Copying of Sealed Adoption Records and Affidavit, and makes the following findings:

 A good cause finding is required because the requestor is a biological parent whose rights have been terminated by court order or surrendered under the provisions of ORS 418.270 or through a certificate of waiver under the Indian Child Welfare Act, or the disclosure is not otherwise expressly allowed under ORS 109.305 to 109.410, as amended by section 6, chapter 346, Oregon Laws 2013.  The Court finds good cause exist to disclose some or all of the records.  The Court finds good cause has not been shown.  A good cause finding is not required to disclose the records, because the requestor is a person whose consent was required for the adoption under ORS 109.312.  No good cause has been shown to deny access to the records.  The Court finds good cause exists to allow re-disclosure of the records requested.  Additional findings: ______
