Dear Parents and Carers Important Notices…… Nursery Visit to Severn Valley Railway We are meeting in the car park at the Life Church (Christian Centre) on Bulkington Road at 8.30am. Please be on time as the coach will leave promptly. Please see your individual letters for more information. Please do not send citrus fruits (oranges, clementines etc) in your child’s lunchbox. We have a staff member who has a life-threatening reaction when these fruits are peeled and we would really appreciate your support and understanding with this. Christmas Fair Thank you to everyone who supported this event. We raised a fabulous £681 for school funds! We hope you enjoyed the afternoon. Also, our Pudsey Superhero Day raised £190 for Children in Need so well done everyone – we had a great day! Dates for your diary…. Tues 9 Dec – Nursery visiting Severn Valley Railway/Y1 & Y2 - Coventry Cathedral (am) Wed 10 Dec – School Christmas Performance (2.00pm) Thurs 11 Dec – School Christmas Performance (9.30am) Fri 12 Dec – Christmas Jumper day (£1 donation per child - going to Save the Children) Weds 17 Dec – Reception to Polesworth Abbey/Y1 & Y2 at Civic Hall (am) Christmas lunch and party afternoon (School and Nursery) Thurs 18 Dec – Carol Service (All Saints Church) – 2.00pm ALL WELCOME Friday 19 Dec – Christmas Dinner – FREE TO ALL CHILDREN attending on the day We will send out further information as each event takes place. The Magical Christmas Jigsaw Performance – Please return any spare tickets to the School Office – if you have been unable to swap or would like extra tickets we will take names and give these out this Friday on a first come, first served basis. Advent Song Advent is a time to wait. Not quite time to celebrate. Light the candles one by one, ‘til the advent time is done. Christmas day will soon be here. Time for joy and time for cheer.
