HOLY FAMILY SCHOOL STUDENT SUPPLY LIST FOR 2017-2018

Students are asked to bring the following items on the first day of school P.E. CLASSES Grades 1-8 are asked to bring: 1 pair non marking white soled gym shoes to be left at school-please mark with student’s name and grade in permanent marker (for younger students who cannot tie their shoes, please send Velcro closure or slip on shoes). All students in grades 5-8 will purchase a Holy Family PE Uniform. One “Pee-Chee” type folder for Health classes.

GRADE LEVEL SUPPLIES: PRESCHOOL: Preschool 4’s bring items for classroom on the first day of school Preschool 3’s bring items for classroom use after Christmas Break 1 box hand wipes or baby wipes 1 large box disinfecting wipes for cleaning tables (no Handiwipes) 1 roll of paper towel 1 full size back pack for your child 1 extra set of clothes, including socks and underwear, labeled with the child’s name in a Ziploc bag on the first day of school to be left at school 1 box of Kleenex $10 for pictures (make payable to Denise O’Longaigh) 6 glue sticks 1 package of blank note cards 3x5 unlined KINDERGARTEN:  1 large box of Kleenex  1 container of disinfecting wipes (Clorox or Lysol)  1 box 80 count baby wipes or hand wipes  1 box of #2 pencils  1 boxes of Crayola colored pencils- 24 count  12 Elmer’s glue sticks  3 2-pocket folders (Put child’s first and last name on all folders)  2 composition books – no spiral binding  1 Gallon size Ziploc bag  1 Sandwich size Ziploc bag  1 backpack large enough to hold a lunch box and folders  1 Sharpie permanent marker  2 boxes of Crayons – 24 count  1 pair of non-marking (white soled) gym shoes to be worn to school on gym day  Sharpies permanent markers (black) Please do not individually label student supplies, as we will be using our supplies as a community (except folders and backpacks)
