Always a Student  Hobby - I’ve studied the various methods used to transform the body  If we allow society to feed us, most go downhill  I am going to discuss how I use the best elements from several successful programs.  Transforming is one thing; staying transformed is another – must find a lifestyle that will support an 85% good practice ratio.  It is no surprise that the common thread of successful human body transformations is structured nutrition, exercise, and supplementation.

Here is what worked for me: Motivation – iPod / Success and Motivation books and quotes. Before pictures.

Structured nutrition  Relationship with food  FREE DAY - #1 most important concept  Right foods – right times – right amounts – right combinations  Must find a way to eat “right” 85% of the time  Water

Structured exercise – group fitness  Resistance – I don’t lift weights because I am a BodyPump instructor; I am a BodyPump instructor because I need to lift weights.  aerobics  walking
