Qualifications: 1.) Seniors at Central High School 2.) Males and females 3.) The applicant must have lettered in at least two sports. 4.) Must attend a two or four year school 5.) Must have at least a 3.00 accumulative GPA

CHS coaches will choose one male and one female winner based on qualifications from above.
