Great response from Dads throughout the County. 3. Waiting to hear from the director to set up meeting. c. IDEA: What about having “Father Fridays” and “Mother Mondays” every week. Invite Moms and Dads to come help with am/pm car line, lunch duty, tutor, read to classes, help in P.E. etc. That way there is no specific date to keep up with. i. Ms. Peterman and the rest of council think it’s a great idea. Will go out in the next news letter! d. Yearbooks – why are they paperback instead of hardback. Would they not last longer if they were hard back? i. Ms. Peterman responded that due to the cost $30, the paperback were a more affordable alternative for our parents. Also, Peachtree Portraits, our school photographers, do the book for us. Which helps the teachers because it is a long and involved process to put together a school yearbook.
