Main Responsibilities :
Responsible for Main kitchen operations; my daily routine includes;
Checking of function sheets and daily menus. Maintain equipments and Main kitchen section in good condition, both stewarding and Engineering matters. Ensure proper handling, cleanliness and maintenance of equipments, utensils and cold room. Train and evaluate performance of staff and ensure effective communication. Assist Executive Sous Chef in controlling cost by creating calculated recipes. Assist Executive Sous Chef in controlling wastage.and cold room of Main kitchen ed for the buffets and produce more home made items to be used in the buffet as daily special. Observe and assist Executive Sous Chef in presentation of buffets for conference and incentive events. Create The Healthy Option Menu Make menus for special events Participate And Handled The Opining sea food restaurants Collaborate with the ex. Sous-Chef to plan menus Check attendance and duty roster.
