I personally appreciate the opportunity to present this proposal and estimate. Group M7, Inc. established in 1995, is the oldest and largest Web services provider in Texas. The following proposal and estimate outlines our site map and programming recommendations based on information provided during our conversations. Your quote contains the "site map" details that are needed to complete the quote price. This proposal does not discuss the actual design details such as what your home page will look like, color choices, image examples, etc. Those needs to be served at a later date by the specific designer assigned to your site.

Document Manager – This Module will allow you to upload documents to be organized and stored on the website for viewing with password control authorized by your organization.

A Description of the basic G-WebShop™ -Group M7’s content management system.  G-WebShop™ features a full supervision and administration system granting rights as needed to users by the super-user.  The product is fully icon driven with subscripts to identify each icon  You can add, edit and delete website sections and sub-sections  You can add, edit and delete pages within those sections  You can add, edit and delete all navigation  Navigation will appear at designated locations and will expand as directed  You can add, edit and delete all text  You can add, edit and delete all images  You can add, edit and delete links  You can add, edit and delete Internet publishable documents like Word, Excel and .PDF  Only size and space of navigation indicates upper limits of the number of sections or pages that a user can add.  You can establish approved fonts, font sizes and background colors if desired.

A Description of G-Gallery ™, Group M7’s custom Photo Gallery  G-Gallery ™ is a self-editing on-line photo gallery program used in conjunction G-WebShop™.  It has the capacity to contain up to 50 different albums  Each album may contain up to 150 images  Each images can have textual description  The Gallery will be displayed as a manual slide show  The Gallery Administrator can add, edit, and delete images, albums, and text  The Gallery can be a section of the website and linked using that function in G-WebShop™  It has the ability to embed an album directly into a specific page or section.  Gallery ™ is manageable through a password protected web administration area

Design & Custom Programming Pricing

The estimated price for the design work described is $9,575.00 (+/- 10%) plus state sales tax.

Annual Website Services hosting is $675.00a year. Google Analytic Reporting System is included with your annual hosting costs. This excellent website reporting system offers the following statistics among many others:

 The number of unique and repeat visitors during any specific period  The number of pages these visitors accessed  The average time spent on the website  A interactive world map showing the approximate location of all visitors  The path in which all website visitors arrive at your website. A pie chart and by percentage you will learn if your traffic arrive by direct input of your URL, by a referral website, or via search engine.  What keywords were used to reach your site via a search engine and which search engines are most effective.  What pages and sections of your website were the most and least viewed.  All statistics are available on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis and are printable.  Plus 100’s of other statistics that will become helpful in marketing and evaluating your website.  Client access is as simple as an individual password and login that we provide.

Your first few invoices may arrive “paid” from your down payment. We will bill for work in progress on the 15th and 30th of each month. You may receive more than one invoice during a billing periods if more than one GM7 group member works on your project.

We would appreciate our invoices being handled as a due-upon-receipt item. Unless other arrangements have been made, site will go “live” when remaining balance is paid in full. When your site has gone live, we consider the originally estimated scope of work to be complete. Any new work requested by your company after that point, will be billed at the agreed hourly rate, and are due-upon-receipt.

HOSTING AND EMAIL TERMS Hosting is due in advance. Website and email hosting is billed in one of 2 ways: yearly or bi-annually. You will receive your hosting/email invoice 30 days in advance of the renewal date.

We would appreciate our invoices being handled as a due-upon-receipt item. GroupM7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend websites or emails accounts if hosting/email invoices are unpaid at 15 days after the renewal date. (For example: if your hosting services are due on Aug 1 of each year, you will receive an invoice on July 1st. Invoice will be considered past due after Aug 15.) Service will be immediately restored when invoices are paid in full or other arrangements have been made.

 Group M7, Inc. wholly owns and operates a Level Two network operation center (NOC) located in secure facilities at the letterhead address. We are the largest privately owned pure Internet network operation center in Texas.

 The designation of level two commonly refers to the fact that our network support is available for a specific portion of each day during the business week. GM7’s NOC is staffed from 7AM to 7PM CST Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. holidays and weekends.

 There is one NOC employee that assumes an on-call position during those times that the center is not open to respond to general or client-specific failures or impending machine failures -that are noted by our early warning monitoring system. The on-call employee is always in possession of specialized equipment that allows secure remote entry into our system in the event that circumstances prevent their actual return to the NOC.

 Currently, GM7 has two 24/7/365 designated-for-service clients. In the unlikely event of a general or client specific email or web service failure -our on-call technicians would respond -at any time and continue to respond until the failure was resolved.

 GM7 operates a near 100% inventory of Dell™ server-grade machines, Cisco Routers™, Sonic Wall™ Firewalls, and Tripp Lite™ secondary power sources.

 GM7 operates on a dedicated electrical service that is not related to the building in which we are located. GM7’s NOC has redundant electricity in the event of a failure of our electrical service and is powered by a self-starting natural gas Genrac™ system. Pre-generator power is provided by a series of server-grade Tripp Lite™ in-line uninterruptable power supplies supplying more than ample power during the approximate 15 second generator switch-over.

 GM7’s NOC has redundant climate control with 7 separate free-standing 13,000 BTU air conditioners as well has building air conditioning.

 GM7’s bandwidth is provided by buried fiber optic cable and is burstable to no upper level. Currently we are metered up to 50MB up and down and the average draw on our bandwidth is 40MB.

 GM7 possesses redundant bandwidth connectivity. In addition to our fiber optic circuit, we operate a 100MB point-to-point air signal to our secured underground backup location.

 GM7 maintains a separate and secondary location for purposes of daily backup services, equipment redundancy, emergency relocation, and business continuation. This facility is underground in a vaulted environment and contains sufficient Dell servers and other equipment to start up assigned clients within one hour -and all other website services within 5 hours of a catastrophic occurrence.

 The entire building that GM7’s NOC is located within goes to lockdown at 5:30pm daily, all weekend and holiday hours and requires a tenant only F.O.B system for entry. All egresses are monitored and recorded. Temperature and humidity, in our network center is monitored and reported.

 Additionally, GM7’s NOC is double locked and utilizes a monitored alarm system.

 All GM7 employees are capable of video monitoring our entire facility.

 All movement within the NOC is recorded and can be viewed, via the Internet, by certain clients with pre-arrangements.

 Group M7 maintains sufficient business interruption insurance with a policy furnished and underwritten by The Travelers Insurance Company. Required proof may be obtained from the Gibb Agency in Tyler, Texas.
