2017 FAMILY REUNION PAYMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEADLINE TO REGISTER EARLY IS May 1, 2017 The 2017 Family Reunion Committee understands that families need a flexible, convenient option that will allow them to make payments toward this year’s family reunion, and which will allow them to enjoy all the festivities without the worry of costs.* Therefore, rather than making a large single payment in the month of May, the 2017 Family Reunion Payment Plan is allowing families to spread the cost over time.

The benefits of using a payment plan are: 1. Relieves the stress of making a lump sum payment in May 2017. 2. Allows for simple budgeting when determining travel costs, hotel fees, registration fees, dues, and t-shirt purchases. 3. Assures that the 2017 Family Reunion will be a successful one.

*Any costs relating to the family reunion (excluding hotel, travel costs, amusement park, museums, and some meals, etc.) can be made using the Monthly Payment Plan. A family can combine costs of Family Reunion Dues, Registration Fees and T-Shirt purchases.

Simply complete the information below to determine the total amount due, and divide that amount by 4 or 5 months. That will be your easy monthly payment. REMEMBER -- The deadline for all Family Dues and Registration/T-Shirt payments is May 1, 2017, so your final payment should be made by that date. Your first payment should be made and submitted with this form along with your completed REGISTRATION/ T- SHIRT FORM. Thereafter, monthly payments should be submitted timely to Monica Williams OR by using PayPal, until your fees have been paid in full by the deadline of May 1, 2017.
