Missions---Trish Witham  Mission’s Committee Ministry Fair  2-4 committee members needed 2016  Event Coordinators Here are the positions that we would like to fill in the various  Community ministries. Please look it over and prayerfully consider taking on  USA a ministry role.  Abroad Worship/Media—Heather Brown  Promoter—volunteer that makes sure information gets out to the church, and gets sent to the office to be  Worship team - vocals put on the website, FB, etc.  Worship team – instrumental Congregational Care---Diane Isom  Sound Tech—run the sound board—training is  Share the Care Coordinator provided  Media Tech--- check slides on Sunday morning to  Meal Volunteers make sure they are service-ready and runs the media  Household chores for worship service---training is provided volunteers  Light System---run the lighting for worship service---  Lawn Care volunteers training is provided  Transportation  Live Streaming---recording the service and adding it to volunteers the website—training is provided Homebound Visitation  Creative Team/Stage Décor—Sharon Fritz  Visitation Volunteers  Planning/Designing---meets with the lead pastor to plan and design sets for upcoming worship services West Park Elementary—______Setting up/Tearing Down—helps with setting up and  Event Coordinator---volunteer who  tearing down set designs coordinates with the school to get church volunteers involved in activities at the school  Storing---assists in finding creative solutions for set  Reading Coordinator--volunteer who is a storage liaison between the school and church volunteers to Greeter Ministry/Guest Services---Leslie George help with reading in the school . 4 Reading Volunteers  Greeters—volunteers who greet people as they are coming in the door, hand out bulletins, and direct  Coordinate Prayer Walks/garbage clean up--- individuals to ministry areas volunteer who coordinates prayer walks/garbage Parking Lot attendants---volunteers who can direct clean up on the school ground  traffic  4-8 volunteers  Guest Sunday evening events—volunteers to help with welcoming and visiting with guests who have returned Building and Grounds---Kelly Robison for a special Sunday evening gathering  Exterior Campus Maintenance  Greeters for special events/funerals/etc.—volunteers who can greet people as they are coming in the door, o Including but not limited to Lawn Care and and direct them. maintenance  Interior Campus Maintenance Administration/Special Services/ Community Connection/Outreach—Gabrielle Fritz  Office help—provide backup in the office during big events  Website—help with overseeing the website design, adding/updating information  Special Services—provide assistance when there is a special service, calls and gets volunteers for events  Funeral Coordinator---assists with getting a food coordinator, greeters, media, sound, guest services, etc.  Wedding Coordinator—assists with getting sound, media, kitchen coordinator, etc.  Community Connection/Outreach—is the go-to person for helping to coordinate volunteers for outreach events performances, help keep game schedules and keep . Church services on campus and staff informed. off campus (Church in the Park)  Nursery/Preschool workers---works in the  Fair nursery/preschool during the morning worship service  Movie In the Park  Childcare providers for Wednesday morning Bible  Parade study---provides childcare during Wednesday morning Bible Study and other events  Diaper Dash  West Park School VBS/MEGASPORTS CAMP—Bryce & Jamie Linderman  Promoter-- volunteer that makes sure information gets out to the church and community, and gets sent to Men’s Ministries---Hardy Thayer the office to be put on the website, FB, etc.  Single Dad’s Ministry—volunteer who is willing to  VBS Helpers lead a Single Dad’s Ministry at HermNaz  Craft  Event Coordinator  Media  Men & Boy’s Campout  Snacks  Sportsman’s Dinner  Group Leaders  Men’s Ministry Committee  Games  5-7 committee  Behind the scenes members  MegaSports Helpers Women’s Ministry---Sharon Fritz  Coaches  Single Mom’s Ministry—volunteer who is willing to  Set Up/Tear Down pray for the Single moms in our church.  Behind the Scenes  Event Coordinator helper  Mother’s Day Tea Youth—Janet Breshears  Girl’s Night Out  Mother/Son Event  Youth Leader  Women’s Ministry Committee Members  Mentors---volunteers who are willing to mentor and encourage our students individually  5-7 members  Sunday Night  Promoter---volunteer that makes sure that information get out to the Women, and get sent to the o Food service Coordinator---gets volunteers office to be put on the website, FB, etc. to provide meals once a month for the youth group or events. Children—Linda Baker and Bryce & Jamie Linderman o Worship---leads worship service on Sunday  Check in/Out Desk—volunteer to check kids in and night for mid-high through sr. high. out of Kidz Own Worship o Teaching---(girls 6-8th) (boys 6-8th) (girls 9- th th  Teachers—substitute teachers for ages Pre K-2nd, and 12 ) (boys 9-12 ) 3rd-5th o Games / Activity Coordinator—gets game  Helpers---helpers for ages Pre K-2 and 3rd-5th ideas and gathers needed supplies for youth group  Wednesday Night Ministry Help---Volunteers to help Small Group Jr. High Leader (Sunday 9:00-10:20) with Kidz in the Word  School campus visits---make visits to campus to check  Promoter-- volunteer that makes sure information  gets out to the children and their families, and gets on kids, take treats, attend their games and sent to the office to be put on the website, FB, etc performances  Behind the scenes help—volunteer that can be called  Event Coordinator (day trips, retreats, parties) on to help with various projects  Student Accounts Bookkeeper/Registrar—keep track  Christmas Program assistants---Assistants for our of the income and spending of each teen’s student Annual Children’s Christmas program account and helps make sure paperwork is filled out and kids are registered for events.  Wardrobe Assistant—for Christmas program  Promoter—volunteer that makes sure information  Prayer Team—coordinating a group who are gets out to the youth, and gets sent to the office to be committed to praying for our kids and their parents. put on the website, FB, etc.  Parents ministries---coordinate a ministry to parents  Behind the scenes help to provide encouragement and support  Prayer Team—coordinating a group who are  Fun on Friday helpers---volunteer helpers are needed committed to praying for our teens for craft projects, one on one with kids  Parents ministry---coordinate a ministry to parents to  School campus visits---make visits to campus to check provide encouragement and support on kids, take treats, attend their games and  Fundraising—find fundraisers that are applicable to  Prayer supporters the youth group, help with all the aspects of running a fundraiser Sr. Adult Ministry—Don & Diane Isom  Music Library Coordinator—coordinate and keep  Coordinators to come alongside Don and Diane to help track of the CD’s that are given to youth ministry plan and carry out Sr. Adult events.  Promoter-- volunteer that makes sure information Young Adult—Hardy Thayer, Gabrielle Fritz gets out to the Sr. Adults, and gets sent to the office to  Adult Mentors---adults who are willing to be mentors be put on the website, FB, etc. who would meet with group once a month for  Day Trip Coordinator---plans event: ,e g. hiking, accountability and would be willing go on retreats and steamboat trip, Rose Garden, plays, dinner theatre trips.
