MEMBERS PRESENT: Steve Rhodes (Chair), Rebecca Hanson (Vice Chair), Bill Bolton (Selectman’s Rep.), Eugene Thurston, Chris Buckley

OTHERS PRESENT: Brian Murphy, Planning Director, Tara Bamford, NCC Consultant

ABSENT/EXCUSED: None

CALL TO ORDER: Mr Rhodes called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Roll call of members was completed.

Master Plan-Master Plan review continuation with Tara Bamford, NCC consultant planner.  Ms. Bamford reviewed categories and ‘mission statements’ for them. The Board discussed applicability of certain headings and discussion ensued on each sub- heading.  Mr. Bamford believes that the final form should be ready in a short time and that after review the required Public Hearings could be held as soon as August, 2017.  The Board thanked her for her help and looked forward to seeing the Plan in its full form.  Mr. Murphy brought forward his thoughts on composing the Special Use Permit for ADUs. The Board accepted them and had no further input on what might be needed, stating only that they didn’t see the need to hold a hearing for each request. Mr Murphy offered to present each completed Application to the Board for notification and a signature. The Board agreed that this would impose less of a burden to the applicant.  CORRESPONDENCE: None

ADJOURNMENT:  Ms. Hanson made a motion to adjourn; motion seconded by Mr. Buckley. All in favor.
