Flexible Cable Drive

Tools Required: 8mm Wrench, Screwdriver

Parts Required: Echo Lube or a white lithium base grease

1. Loosen two gear box mounting screws (A) and remove location screw (B) - slide gear box from end of housing.

2. Wrap shop cloth around end of housing pull flex cable through it cleaning old grease from cable.

3. Inspect cable for damage and wear.

4. Coat flex cable with ECHO Lube or a white lithium base grease and push back into housing.

5. Install gear box

IMPORTANT: Flat side of washers (C) must be against drive shaft.

3. Align location hole in gear housing with drive shaft location hole (D).

4. Tighten location bolt (B) and gear housing bolts (A).
