** Meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of the month.**

**All meetings run from 2:30-3:30. Please have rides outside by 3:30. Per Wake County, the adviser is required to stay with your student until picked up. **

**Service projects and club outings are not schedule as member output is needed. When these are scheduled, I will send out an updated calendar. For all outings and projects, a parent must stay with their student per Wake County policy.** **The meeting dates are set for the year. To eliminate confusion, if a meeting or activity is cancelled, I will not reschedule. This is especially the case for snow days.**

**Competition preparation will be held separate from meetings. If your student is competing and additional preparation is needed, meeting times will be discussed with the student(s) on an individual basis. **
