 Please indicate if you have graduated from high school or received a HiSET or GED by clicking the drop down arrow and selecting Yes or No.  To add Post High School Education, click the “Add Post High School Education Entry”.  Enter the required fields (marked with a red *)  To add additional Post High School Education, click “Add Post High School Education Entry” o Note: To remove the entry, click the box next to “Remove Entry”.  Training and Additional Information – enter any training education, skills, certifications and licenses.  To save and stay on the same, click “Save Changes”  To return to the Previous Page, click “Prev”  To save and move to the next page, click “Next” o Note: to move to a section after saving, click the drop down arrow by “Educational History”, select the desired section and click “Go”.

Employment History

To add Previous Employment History (past 10 years’ experience beginning with your most recent employment); click the “Add Previous Employers Entry”.

 To save and stay on the same, click “Save Changes”  To return to the Previous Page, click “Prev”  To save and move to the next page, click “Next” o Note: to move to a section after saving, click the drop down arrow by “Employment History”, select the desired section and click “Go”.  Enter the required fields (marked with a red *)  To add additional Employment History, click “Add Previous Employers Entry” o Note: To remove the entry, click the box next to “Remove Entry”.

 Click “Add References Entry” to add your professional references.  Enter the required fields (marked with a red *)  To add additional References, click “Add References Entry” o Note: To remove the entry, click the box next to “Remove Entry”.  To save and stay on the same, click “Save Changes”  To return to the Previous Page, click “Prev”  To save and move to the next page, click “Next” o Note: to move to a section after saving, click the drop down arrow by “Professional References”, select the desired section and click “Go”.

Supplemental Questions

You may or may not see this section depending on the position you are applying for. Some will ask for information in this section and some will not. If you do not see it, it is not a required field to complete the application.

Summary

This is the summary of your application; you have the opportunity to review the information you have entered.  A green box with a check mark indicates all required information has been entered.  A red box with an “X” indicates that not all of the required information has been entered.  To correct missing information, click the title.  The red message box indicates what needs to be corrected.  Complete the missing information.  Click “Save Changes”  Once the changes have been saved, return to the Summary by clicking on the drop down arrow and selecting “Check for Errors and Submit”.  Click “Go”.  When all of the required information has been completed, the “Certify and Submit” option will appear.  Review all of your information.  To edit any of the sections, click on the section title.  When you are ready to submit, click the “Certify and Submit” option.

 Carefully read the Certification Statement.  Click the box next to “I certify that I have read and agree with these statements.”  Enter your initials to verify your submission.  Click “Submit this Application” OR  If you need to return to your application to make additional edits, click “Return to Application”.
