Alteration of boundaries — between the town OF CARNDUFF AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF MOUNT PLEASANT NO. 2 1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Town of Carnduff has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations. 2 Upon consideration of the application, the Minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries.
