Since 2005, VPSC has run a Sausage Sizzle and Soccer Target competition on the Councourse of Etihad Stadium on Good Friday. While previous years have been busy, 2010 broke all records, with the Kids’ Big Day Out crowd being swelled by 28,000 hungry Melbourne Storm and St George Illawara support- ers, some of whom showed surprising skills at the Soccer Target. Self-interest was put aside for such Victoria Police Soccer Club kids, Danielle and John- a good cause, with both Melbourne Vic- tory and Melbourne Heart supporting Paul, together with Melbourne Heart player Kliment the event.
