Sobolev - 978-3-95479-618-2 Staatsbibliothek Downloaded from PubFactory at 01/11/2019 11:52:26AM München via free access 55357 I Vorwort Die vorliegende Arbeit wurde 1989 mit einer Reise zu dialektologischen Studien in das Dorf Vratarnica (08tSerbien, Gemeinde Zaječar) begonnen, die im Rahmen des Projekts "Ser- bokroatischer Sprachatlas" (SKSA) des Interakademischen Aus- schusses für Sprachatlanten der Serbischen Akademie der Wie- senschaften und Künste (MKDA SANU) durchgeführt wurde• Die Reise wurde ausschließlich durch die persönliche Unterstüt- zung von Herrn Prof• Dr• Pavle Ivid sowie die wissenschaftli- che Betreuung und organisatorische Hilfe von Herrn Prof• Dr• Slobodan Remetić und Frau Dr• Sofija Rakić-Milojkovič ermög- lic h t• Besonderen Dank schulde ich ferner Herrn Jakäa Dinid, "Mentors״ der bei den Feldforschungen die Funktion meines übernahm, wie auch dem mittlerweile leider verstorbenen Herrn ־Petar Cvetkovič, der sich für mich um Kontakte mit Informan ten und anderen Dorfbewohnern bemühte • Ich bedanke mich zu- gleich auch bei a ll meinen Informanten, die für mich wahre Freunde geworden sind, für das Vergnügen, daß ich mit ihnen arbeiten durfte• Die Analyse der spezifischen Struktur der Mundart des Dorfes Vratarnica, dessen Bevölkerung im 19• Jh. aus Westbul- garien einwanderte und einige Besonderheiten der Mundarten der östlichen Stara Pianina mitbrachte, führte zur Problem- Stellung der südslavischen Mundarten um die serbisch- bulgarische politische Grenze• Von unschätzbarem Wert bei der Orientierung in dieser komplizierten Problematik waren für mich Gespräche mit Herrn Prof• Dr. Pavle Ivid, der meiner Ar­ Andrej N. In den Jahren 1991 und 1992 wurde mir gestattet, 12 im MKDA SANU in Belgrad aufbewahrte Fragebögen des SKSA, die von serbischen Dialektologen in Ost- und Südostserbien erarbeitet wurden, einzusehen, was mir zu wesentlich präziseren Vorstel- lungen über die serbischen Mundarten des Gebiets verhalf. Große Bedeutung für die Entwicklung der Arbeit hatte die Konferenz "Govori prizrensko-timočke zone i susednih dijaleš kata", die 1992 in Niâka Banja stattfand und mir die Möglich- ke it gab, mich mit den neuesten Forschungsergebnissen in die- sem Bereich vertraut zu machen• Im August-September desselben Jahres ermöglichte mir der MKDA SANU eine weitere Reise zu dialektologischen Studien nach Südostserbien, wobei ich die Untersuchungskriterien fre i wählen konnte• Die Reise 1992 wäre ohne die uneigennützige Hilfe sowohl meines "Mentors", Herrn Prof• Dr. Nedeljko Bogdanovič, als auch meiner serbischen Kollegen, Herrn Dr• Stanislav Stańko- vid und Herm Dr• Dragan L ilić , unmöglich gewesen.     Uredba O Utvrđivanju Jedinstvene Liste Razvijenosti Regiona I Jedinica Lokalne Samouprave Za 2014

    UREDBA O UTVRĐIVANJU JEDINSTVENE LISTE RAZVIJENOSTI REGIONA I JEDINICA LOKALNE SAMOUPRAVE ZA 2014. GODINU ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 104/2014) Član 1 Ovom uredbom utvrđuje se jedinstvena lista razvijenosti regiona, koji su prema stepenu razvijenosti razvrstani u razvijene i nedovoljno razvijene regione i jedinica lokalne samouprave, koje su razvrstane u prvu, drugu, treću i četvrtu grupu i devastirana područja na osnovu podataka organa nadležnog za poslove statistike i finansija. Član 2 Razvrstavanje regiona vrši se na osnovu vrednosti bruto-domaćeg proizvoda po glavi stanovnika u regionu u odnosu na republički prosek, za referentni period. Razvijeni regioni su regioni koji ostvaruju vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda iznad vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Beogradski region; 2) Region Vojvodine. Nedovoljno razvijeni regioni su regioni u kojima je vrednost bruto-domaćeg proizvoda ispod vrednosti republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Region Šumadije i Zapadne Srbije; 2) Region Južne i Istočne Srbije. Pored regiona iz stava 3. ovog člana, status nedovoljno razvijenog regiona ima Region Kosova i Metohije. Član 3 Prema stepenu razvijenosti jedinica lokalnih samouprava prvu grupu čini 20 jedinica lokalne samouprave čiji je stepen razvijenosti iznad republičkog proseka, i to: 1) Bačka Palanka; 2) Beograd; 3) Beočin; 4) Bor; 5) Valjevo; 6) Vrbas; 7) Vršac; 8) Kanjiža; 9) Kragujevac; 10) Lajkovac; 11) Niš; 12) Novi Sad; 13) Pančevo; 14) Pećinci; 15) Požarevac; 16) Senta; 17) Stara Pazova; 18) Subotica; 19) Užice; 20) Čačak. Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level.

It uses all hydrometric and cartographic information for the Bulgarian part of the catchment. Trans- boundary catchment of Nišava River includes four sub-basins, which are trans-borders too. There are a lot of karst areas in the river basin. The drainage density is 1.09 km/km2. Water resources of Nišava River are 170 million m3. They vary between 300.0 and 84.0 million m3. The period of high water appears in March/April and finishes in June. The frequency of monthly maximum is biggest in April or May. The monthly minimum appears most often in September or October. Floods in the catchment of the river Nišava are most often in March, May and June. Some of the rivers lose its waters in the karst areas and dries up during the summer. The average number of days with ice is between 10 and 70. The chemical and ecological status of river water is good. One of them – Danube basin, includes some trans-boundary catchments between Bulgaria and Serbia – drainage basins of Timok River (right tributary of Danube) and Nišava River (right tributary of South Morava).

    STATISTI^KI PRILOG NASELJA U CENTRALNOJ SRBIJI I VOJVODINI SA POZITIVNIM PRIRODNIM PRIRA[TAJEM U 2000. GODINI Statisti~ki prilog u ovom broju posve}en je naseljima centralne Srbije i Vojvodine koja su 2000. godine imala pozitivan prirodni prira{taj stanovni{tva. Tabela sadr`i podatke o procenjenom broju stanovnika tih naselja sredinom godine (procene sa migracionom komponentom), zatim o apsolutnom broju rodjenih i umrlih, kao i vrednost stope prirodnog prira{taja. U prilogu su dati podaci za sve op{tine, dakle i za op{tine bez naselja sa pozitivnim prirodnim prira{tajem, kao i za op{tine bez samostalnih naselja (beogradske op{tine u okviru Grad-Beograd). Brojevi iza naziva op{tina (ili podru~ja) ozna~avaju broj naselja sa pozitivnim prirodnim prira{tajem u odnosu na ukupan broj naselja. Teritorijana podela naselja (op{tina) je prema stanju od 1. januara 2001. Osnovni cilj ovog priloga je, ne samo da uka`e na malobrojnost naselja sa pozitivnim prirodnim prira{tajem 2000. godine u odnosu na ukupan broj naselja (661 naselje ili 15,6% od 4239 u centralnoj Srbiji i 42 ili 9,0% od 466 naselja u Vojvodini), ve} i na veoma niske vrednosti stope ve}ine naselja sa pozitivnim prirodnim prira{tajem. Tendencijski je nesumnjivo da }e se znatan broj naselja sa izrazito niskom pozitivnom stopom prirodnog prira{taja 2000. godine, ve} u narednoj godini priklju~iti grupi naselja bez pozitivnog prirodnog prira{taja. Prezentirani podaci po naseljima, izmedju ostalog, ukazuju na ~injenicu da u 2000. godini u 21 vojvodjanskoj op{tini i u 13 op{tina centralne Srbije ne postoji nijedno naselje sa pozitivnim prirodnim prira{tajem, dok samo po jedno naselje (naj~e{}e op{tinsko sredi{te) ima 16 op{tina centralne Srbije i 14 op{tina Vojvodine.
