In accordance with the Memorandum Opinion and Order adopted in the above-referenced proceeding,1 Comcast Corporation, for itself and on behalf of NBCUniversal Media, LLC, (collectively, “C-NBCU”), hereby files its fourth quarterly independent programming report for 2011 (attached as Exhibit 1),2 and its fourth quarterly news and information programming report for 2011 (attached as Exhibit 2).3 Both reports cover programming telecast during the period beginning 12:00 a.m. local time on October 1, 2011, and continuing through 11:59 p.m. local time on December 31, 2011 (“Fourth Quarter 2011”).

1. Exhibit 1 covers the following networks and stations:

In total, these networks and stations aired 36421 hours, 58 minutes and 4 seconds [36421:58:04] of independent programming during the Fourth Quarter 2011.

In total, these stations aired 7839 hours, 15 minutes and 54 seconds [7839:15:54] of news and information programming during the Fourth Quarter 2011.

3. In accordance with FCC Order Appendix A § XI.4, C-NBCU certifies the following:

a. During the period from the closing of the transaction, January 28, 2011, through December 31, 2011, the NBC Owned Television Stations met the requirements set forth at FCC Order Appendix A §§ XI.1.a and b by not reducing their current level of news and information programming from the amount aired in the year preceding the closing of the transaction and by expanding the amount of local news on the stations’ primary broadcast and multicast channels.

b. During the period from the closing of the transaction, January 28, 2011, through December 31, 2011, the NBCUniversal-owned Telemundo stations met the requirements set forth at FCC Order Appendix A §§ XI.1.a, b and c by not reducing their current level of news and information programming from the amount aired in the year preceding the closing of the transaction and by expanding the amount of local news on the stations’ primary broadcast channels.

4. By this letter, Comcast also notes an erratum to the independent programming report filed by Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic regional cable network on October 17, 2011. Although Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic incorrectly identified one program as independent, thus overreporting 9 hours (9:00:00), it also underreported 308 hours and 30 minutes (308:30:00) of other independent programming aired during the Third Quarter 2011. See Exhibit 3. Therefore, the correct total independent programming aired by Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic during the Third Quarter 2011 increased by a net of 299 hours and 30 minutes (299:30:00) for a total of 843 hours and 30 minutes (843:30:00). An amended report for Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic is attached as Exhibit 4 and has posted the amended report on www.comcast.com/independentprogramming. With this correction, the grand total of independent programming in the Third Quarter IPR increased to 32388 hours, 16 minutes and 34 seconds (32388:16:34) from the previously reported total of 32088 hours, 46 minutes and 34 seconds (32088:46:34).6
