On March 16, 2020, Governor Abbott issued a Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws due to the health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 virus. Accordingly, this meeting will be conducted by videoconference and/or audio conference pursuant to Sections 551.125 and 551.127 of the Texas Government Code, sections that have not been suspended by order of the governor.
