Biografías. Dj Tiesto BIOGRAFÍAS. DJ TIESTO. Tijs Verwest Michiel nació en Breda, en una familia cristiana en Brabante Septentrional, Países Bajos, el 17 de enero de 1969. Tenía interés por la música desde los doce años. A los catorce años decidió dedicar más tiempo a ella y comenzó a pinchar profesionalmente en las fiestas de la escuela. A continuación, pasó a ser un DJ residente entre 1985 y 1994 en varios clubes en los Países Bajos después de su manager y amigo Wilfred le animó. Sin embargo, fue en The Spock, un pequeño club de Breda, donde fue capaz de afinar su propio estilo al jugar en una habitación separada de 10 pm hasta las 4 am los fines de semana.
