The scheme enables community consultation to take place and emphasises the links between parish council and the community. The consultation process identifies what the residents want—this can be from small improvements to large scale projects! At this stage it can include some items which are perhaps more of a “wish list”. How- ever from this consultation process more work is still needed on the information that is gathered so that a realistic and feasible action plan (The Parish Plan) can emerge identifying possible part- ners (e.g. councils, primary care trusts, environmental groups), actions and funders who may be able to help in achieving the aims contained within the plan. -

We started on Monday with the brilliant news that over £413.50 was raised by the PTA on our Festive Friday. Thank you to all of the organisers and everyone who supported the event. On Wednesday we had the Christingle Service which was absolutely lovely - thanks again to Father Stewart, Mrs Micklem and all of the Year 6 readers. Many thanks also for the donations for the Children’s Society. Christmas Lunch was once again delicious – an epic achievement by Jasmin and Anna in the kitchen. As ever the KS1 Nativity performances were absolutely magical – well done to all of the KS1 staff involved and particularly Mr Anjari for scripting and leading rehearsals. The children performed superbly and really spread the Christmas spirit. Today everyone has been wearing Christmas jumpers to raise money for Save the Children. I know all of the donations will be very gratefully received. So here I am writing my last newsletter at Constantine School. -

Introduction: Cornwall Council has a duty under Section 4 of the Commons Act 2006 to keep a register of common land and a register of town and village greens. Cornwall Council also has a duty under paragraph 26 of the Commons Registration (England) Regulations 2014 to determine applications to amend the registers of common land and town and village greens, unless the registration authority has an interest in the outcome of the application such that there is unlikely to be confidence in the authority’s ability impartially to determine it. Commons Registration Application No. 2959 was made by the Open Spaces Society seeking to register 0.429 hectares of land at Viscar Common as common land under Schedule 2.4 of the Commons Act 2006. This report examines the submitted evidence as to whether the application meets the statutory tests set out in Schedule 2.4 of the Commons Act 2006. The report has been prepared to be presented to a delegated officer. -

1851 Census - TRESIDDER & Variants 1851 Census TRESIDDER and Variants A census has been held in England and Wales every 10 years since 1801. The Censuses of 1801, 1811, 1821 and 1831 are mainly statistical and contain little information of Genealogical value. The 1851 Census was taken on 30 March 1851 and records details of all persons living in households across England and Wales. The census provides details of the names, ages, places of birth and occupations of those living in each household. Relationships to the head of the household are also recorded. The information presented below provides a transcription of entries for the TRES*D*R surname found in the 1851 Census. It also includes details of other persons living in the same household. Person Id’s are given to identify individuals where their families have been reconstructed and are represented within the family trees presented on the Trees section of the website https://tresidder.one-name.net/tng/index.php Sources • Ancestry – 1851 UK Census Collection • FindMyPast – 1851 England, Wales & Scotland Census This document has been prepared for display on the website www.tresidder.one-name.net.
