This is for information of all concerned that authority of this Council has decided to collect the Sale proceeds of JEXPO/VOCLET–2015 application forms from the polytechnics executing the sale of forms by – DEPOSIT OF SALE-PROCEEDS IN CASH AT ANY BRANCH OF STATE BANK OF INDIA NEAREST TO RESPECTIVE POLYTECHNICS/INSTITUTES INTO COUNCIL’S ACCOUNT WITH STATE BANK OF INDIA, NEW MARKET BRANCH BY GENERATING DEPOSIT SLIP ONLINE ON THE STATE BANK OF INDIA’S WEBSITE FOR ONLINE TRANSACTION www.onlinesbi.com . In this connection, the following pertinent points are to be taken care of, as decided by the authority of this Council. a) For each transaction of cash deposit at SBI branch, the charge of Rs.56/- shall have to be paid; b) Bank charges shall be adjusted against the gross deposit amount; [e.g. for 200 forms sold, sale proceeds shall be Rs.1,00,000/-, amount to be deposited shall be Rs.99,944/- and bank charge Rs.56/-] c) It may be mentioned here that the gross collection is required to be deposited to Council’s Account by above means and commission for sale/collection pertaining to distribution of JEXPO/VOCLET–2015 application forms from the polytechnics shall be disbursed from this council after the closure of distribution; d) In case of deposit amount in a single transaction exceeding Rs.49,999/-, PAN/TAN, as applicable, of the depositing institute is to be mentioned; e) List of codes with Institute names is placed as annexure; and f) Finally, the detailed guideline based on successive snapshots on the website www.onlinesbi.com has already been e-mailed to all the institutes and is also being placed on Council’s website www.webscte.org .
