Obsahuje charakteristiku běžně používaných platebních metod včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku obchodních modelů při prodeji her. Cílem práce je zjistit pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jak zákazníci vnímají použití mikrotransakcí a zda je považují za přínosné ve srovnání s ostatními formami placení. Závěr práce tvoří zhodnocení zjištěných informací a návrh obchodního modelu pro konkrétní videohru. Annotation This thesis deals with microtransactions when purchasing goods and services on the internet with main focus on videogames. It includes characteristics of business models in videogame sales. The goal of the thesis (using questionnaire) is to determine how customers perceive the usage of microtransactions and if they consider it beneficial in comparison with other forms of payment. The end of the thesis includes evaluation of gathered information and suggestion of a business model for a particular videogame.
