The activities of the EU legislator do not, in fact, take into account all cases in which sexual abuse is directly consumed online, i.e. where child pornography is provided by the child following the establishment of a relationship of trust between predator and victim. Furthermore, uncontrolled use of the internet can facilitate access to content that is not suitable for children, such as websites that glorify practices relating to anorexia and bulimia, including websites that incite suicide and self-harm. The content of the agreement is currently classified, owing to the commercially sensitive information within it. However, this protection of AstraZeneca’s legitimate interests should also be balanced by the need for transparency in relation to citizens and their representatives. It is unusual for even MEPs not to have access to the vital information set out in the trade agreement signed by the Commission, especially considering that on 22 September 2020 the ENVI and ITRE committees had invited the pharmaceutical companies involved in the search for a vaccine to attend a hearing, but AstraZeneca had declined the invitation. In the light of the above, can the Commission answer the following questions: 1. Does it not consider it appropriate to share the content of the agreement with Parliament, while taking due precautions? 2. In its view, could such a situation not set a significant precedent when it comes to balancing the interests of the commercial protection of a company with the need for transparency and citizens’ right to health? Local TV stations are already showing dozen-strong groups of refugees starting to cross the border with Greece on foot. Turkey’s decision would seem to have been triggered by the death of at least 33 Turkish soldiers in an aerial bombardment by Syrian government forces in the province of Idlib. Since, following Turkey's decision to effectively open the border, people are already on the way to Greece, and as Turkey has already received from the EU the EUR 6 billion earmarked for refugee management projects from now until 2025, in addition to around EUR 9 billion from IPA funds since 2007, can the High Representative indicate: 1.
