All times given are UK BST. For times in your time zone please see https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ Through the Swapcard platform you have the option to display session times in your own time zone. Session types • Plenaries and Symposia will be streamed through the Swapcard platform. You can either join them live or watch the recordings later. Recordings of streamed sessions will be available approximately one hour after the live session. • Short communications, research papers, doctoral reports and eposters will be held in Zoom rooms. Join the sessions live, or watch the recordings later. Recordings of Zoom sessions will be available a few hours after the live session ends. • Workshops and Fringe sessions will be held in Zoom rooms. Places are limited to enhance interactivity. • Workshops, networking sessions, meet the experts and SIG sessions will not be recorded. Abstracts of all the presentations are included in the Abstract Book, linked through the Swapcard platform. On-demand Programme In addition to the live programme there are hundreds of ‘on-demand’ presentations to be viewed at your leisure: • Short Communications On Demand (SCOD): Videos of SCODs are available in the AMEE Resource Centre (ARC) for viewing at any time either during or after the Conference. The ARC can be accessed from the link on the Swapcard home page. Abstracts of SCODs are included in the Abstract Book. • ePosters Live and ePosters On Demand (EPOD): These are available in the ePoster Showcase for viewing at any time either during or after the Conference. The ePoster Showcase can be accessed from the link on the Swapcard home page. Abstracts of ePosters Live and EPODS are included in the Abstract Book. CPD credits AMEE 2021 has been approved by the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom for 19 category 1 (external) CPD credit(s). Certificates of attendance will be issued by Worldspan after the event. Exhibition We’re pleased to welcome a range of exhibitors to AMEE 2021. Please take some time to explore the exhibits, make contact with the exhibitors and visit them in their Zoom rooms either on Sunday 1730-1800 hrs or Monday 1030-1100 hrs.
