In 1969, Joy Bryer OBE and her late husband Lionel founded invaluable support to thousands of young musicians, whilst the International Youth Foundation of Great Britain (IYF), also representing the EU’s strongest ideal: a community with Sir Edward Heath KG, as its first President.
