9. Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with United Survey in accordance with Cuyahoga County Resolution R2020-0076 for the 2020 Sewer Grouting and declaring an emergency (not to exceed $584,950)

Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District for five years, related to providing education, stewardship and public involvement in accordance with the Stormwater Master Plan and declaring an emergency ($6,000/yr.)
