Whereas the Minister of Labour and Immigrati on granted a vari ance respecting section 63.1 (2) of the Employment Standards Code to specified employer members of the Alberta Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) described in Ministeri al Order No. 2020-61;
Pursuant to section 74.1 of the Employment Standards Code and clause 8 of Ministerial Order No. 2020- 61 , I, Jason Copping, Minister of Labour and Immigration, hereby amend Ministerial Order No. 2020-61 by replacing the Schedule A with the attached Amended Schedule A.
