LUCKY13 REWARDS PROGRAM

1. The Lucky13 Rewards Program is applicable to ALL Sandman and Sandman Signature in Canada and the USA.

2. Reservations must be made directly through the Sandman Group website (www.sandmanhotels.com), Central Reservations at 1-800-726-3626, or through the hotel itself in order to receive Lucky13 stamps and redeem free night stays.

3. The Lucky13 Rewards Program is not valid for third party reservations, crew bookings, or employee rates.

4. Lucky13 stamps will be provided upon check-out.

5. Guests will receive one (1) stamp per night stayed.

6. The Lucky13 Rewards Program is completely separate from the StatusPlus Rewards Program. Guests who receive a Lucky13 stamp will not be eligible to collect StatusPlus points.

7. By collecting Lucky13 stamps and by redeeming complete Lucky13 cards, guests and customers consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from Sandman Hotel Group and Northland Properties Corporation and their subsidiaries and affiliates, which include, without limitation, the businesses and brands under the following names: , Bar One, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, Chop Steakhouse & Bar, the , Denny’s Canada, Blazers, Moxie’s Grill & Bar, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, Rockford wok | bar | grill, Sandman Centre, Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing, Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill, The Sutton Place Hotels, and the . 8. Lucky13 cards have no cash or resale value.

9. Lucky13 complete or incomplete stamp cards cannot be sold or traded.

10. Lucky13 stamp cards can be gifted and are transferrable to family members or friends.

11. There is no pre-determined termination date for the Lucky13 Rewards Program and the program will continue until such time that Sandman Hotel Group decides to terminate the program, with or without notice. Sandman Hotel Group reserves the right to add, modify, delete, terminate, or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, or rewards pertaining to the Lucky13 Rewards Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

12. Members will have 12 months from the date the program termination is announced to accumulate stamps and redeem for free night stays.

13. Minimum age requirement for the Lucky13 Rewards Program aligns with the minimum age required to check-in to any Sandman Hotel Group location.

14. Holding multiple stamp cards is allowed.

15. Merging incomplete stamp cards is allowed but must be done in person and by an authorized employee of a Sandman Hotel Group front desk team or front office staff member. 16. Sandman Hotel Group reserves the right to refuse complete stamp cards, at its own discretion, based on but not limited to occupancy of the hotel, abuse of the rewards program, fraudulent or dishonest activity, theft,

failure to pay for their stay/hotel bill/invoice, and/or abusive behaviour to guests or Sandman Hotel Group employees.

17. Sandman Hotel Group is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

18. Complete stamp cards can be redeemed at any Sandman Hotel Group location in Canada and the USA based on the Terms & Conditions laid out here.

19. Complete stamp cards are eligible for free night stays in an entry level/base room type at any location. Upgrades can be requested and honoured based on the discretion of the hotel where the card is being redeemed, taking into consideration but not limited to hotel occupancy, room type availability, time of check- in, and number of nights stayed.

20. Members must surrender their complete Lucky13 stamp card at the time of check-in to receive their entitled free night stay.

21. In order for the free night stay to be honoured, members must consent to the Terms & Conditions of the Lucky13 Rewards Program by providing their full name and valid email address in the area indicated on the back of the card at the time they are surrendering their completed card.

22. A free night stay is defined as Sandman Hotel Group covering room, taxes, and fees. Guests are responsible for any additional incidental charges (food, in-room movies, pet fees, etc.) and are required to provide a credit card deposit upon check-in for potential incidentals and/or damages to the room.

23. There will be no extra charge for additional guests in the room; however, the hotel room policy of maximum guests allowed in the room applies.

24. Each Lucky13 member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the program Terms & Conditions. Sandman Hotel Group may attempt but is not required to send correspondence to active members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of promotions and program changes.

25. Sandman Hotel Group is not liable for failure to do so and will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of member contact information, for problems related to any of the equipment, or programming associated with or utilized by the member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, for any other technical or non- technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail, or other mail or e-mail for any reason.

26. Each member is responsible for advising Sandman Hotel Group of any changes to their contact information.

28. Benefits offered at the sole discretion of Sandman Hotel Group, a subsidiary of Northland Properties Corporation.

29. The Lucky13 Rewards Program Terms & Conditions are governed by the local laws of the jurisdiction where the Lucky13 Rewards card is intended to be redeemed.

LUCKY13 PROMOTIONAL STAMPS

1. Reservations must be made directly through the Sandman Hotel Group website (www.sandmanhotels.com), Central Reservations at 1-800-726-3626, or through the hotel itself in order to receive Lucky13 Promotional Stamps and redeem free night stays.

2. Lucky13 Promotional Stamps will be provided upon check-out with the number of stamps determined by each hotel respectively and the rate booked.

3. All participating hotels in the Lucky13 Rewards program will reward double stamps from May 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020. Guests will receive two (2) stamps for every night stayed (i.e. 1 night stay = 2 stamps, 2 night stay = 4 stamps, 3 night stay = 6 stamps, etc.)

4. Valid for reservations made from May 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020 with stays from May 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020.

5. Affiliates of Northland Properties Corporation, third party reservations, crew bookings, and complimentary stays are not eligible for Lucky13 Promotional Stamps.

6. The Exclusive Corporate Offer is not eligible to receive Lucky13 Promotional Stamps.

STATUSPLUS REWARDS PROGRAM POINTS

1. Reservations must be made directly through the Sandman Hotel Group mobile app to be eligible to receive StatusPlus promotional points.

2. Mobile app reservations will receive StatusPlus promotional points after check-out with the number of points determined by each hotel and the rate booked.

3. From May 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020, guests of Sandman Hotel Group will receive two (2) StatusPlus promotional points for every dollar spent, excluding taxes and fees.

4. Valid for reservations made from May 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020 with stays from May 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020.

5. Affiliates of Northland Properties Corporation, third party reservations, crew bookings, complimentary stays, and the Exclusive Corporate Offer are not eligible for StatusPlus points.
