And, with a reputation as a nationally recognized parks system, care and attention to detail are also part of the successful recipe. As the “new” Hanby Park starts to move forward, projects and partnerships characteristic of Westerville has laid a strong foundation. STARTING WITH PARKING The first step in the project was not unlike most others: Hanby Elementary, while the parking lot at State and construction.
