This, we feel, is what this program fanfare attributed a new and ambitious awards identifies and attempts to bring into sharp focus on program. It was a time of celebration for those of a national level. The artists of America are no us who had been involved in the dream that longer in the shadow as they used to be. They became AVA. are, however, in need of a great deal of support and encouragement. AVA was conceived long before its official birth, and involved many years of planning.
