Dear Dr. Collins

This letter will confirm your participation at the Harlem Book Fair Buffalo on Saturday, July 9, 2005. The Harlem Book Fair Buffalo Committee is excited about the upcoming book fair and opening gala. Plans are progressing well and we are looking forward to meeting you and making the Harlem Book Fair a great event.

The following will provide you with an update and information about your participation at the Harlem Book Fair Buffalo.

OPENING GALA Tickets for the opening gala "A Buffalo Renaissance" are discounted for our participating authors. The cost for participating authors (only) is $25.00. Your guest(s) cost is $50.00 per person or two for $75.00.

Please note that this is a Harlem Renaissance themed event and guests have the option of dressing in the attire of the era. There will be a club atmosphere with a big band, vocalist, dancin£1 and instruction highlighting the most popular dances of the time, hors d' oeuvres and much more.

Place: Statler Towers - New Terrace Room

Saturday, July 91 2005 - Book Fair- downtown Buffalo-10:00 am - 6:30 pm.

Authors can check in at our informational booth located at the HBF Buffalo Administration ] tent near Lafayette Square. There will be a sign on the tent.

Your schedule will include the following:

1. /Presentation: 1: 00 - 2:00 pm ( Wegman Health & Wellness Pavilion)

2. Book signing & Meet the Author - 2:15- 3:15 pm (Book signing Tent)

If you would like to participate in any other way, please let me know.

Talking Leaves Book Store is the official bookseller for the HBF Buffalo 2005.
