DEVON MOORE

Height: 5’ 10” Weight: 180 lbs. Philadelphia, PA

"The Notorious Scumbag"

The Philadelphia native is one of the longest tenured wrestlers in CZW having debuted a decade ago and being a mainstay ever since. A noted high flyer, Devon is a master of the Scaffold Match, particularly The Nation of Intoxication's twist on it: The Drunken Scaffold Match even competing against his NOI brethren in one. If there's something high around the ring, you can bet Dev will fling himself off of it.

Moore has never shied away from the hardcore side of CZW either having competed in 3 Tournament of Deaths and 4 Cage of Deaths including defending and retaining the CZW World Heavyweight Championship in the 2011 edition. In addition to his nearly year-long world title reign, he is a 2 time Tag Champion and former Wired Champ making him a CZW Triple Crown Champion and one of the Combat Zone's most decorated wrestlers.

Tag Partners: Lucky tHURTeen and Danny Havoc (Nation of Intoxication)

Signature Move: COUNTRY BOY PRESS – Shooting star press

Lucky tHURTeen

Height: 5’ 8” Weight: 170 lbs. Oaklyn, NJ

"The NOI's Lucky Charm"

First debuting in CZW way back in 2006 as one half of the New Jersey All Stars and returning years later as tHURTeen, a brainwashed-by- Billy Gram member of Cult Fiction, Lucky spent over a year feuding with Danny Havoc and the Suicide Kings before finally failing in his bid to defeat Havoc for the Ultra Violent Underground title. He may have lost the battle but he won the respect of his longtime adversary and was invited to join the Suicide Kings of Havoc, Devon Moore and Scotty Vortekz just in time for them to be redubbed The Nation of Intoxication.

A two-time champion with the NOI and sole survivor of Cage of Death 15, the death defying aerial artist might be the smallest member of the CZW roster but no one has more heart. Or is Luckier.

Tag Partners: Devon Moore and Danny Havoc (Nation of Intoxication)

Signature Move: SHINING WIZARD – Running knee strike to kneeling opponent’s face

Sozio

Height: 6’ 0” Weight: 218 lbs. The Achilles Heel of Italy

"The Godfather"

A longtime member of the Combat Zone, the former Niles Young trained at the CZW Wrestling Academy and debuted all the way back in 2003. After years of moderate singles success including a Junior Heavyweight title run and being in tag teams such as CKNY and Hard Candy and winning the Tag Team belts with partner Derek Frazier, Niles took some time in 2013 to research his family history and learned he had connections to some rather unsavory 'legitimate businessmen'. Rechristened as Sozio, he formed a new family (some might call it a mob but they'd end up swimming with the fishes) with himself at the head, The Front.

In the spring of 2014, Sozio's main enforcer in The Front, Biff Busick, captured the CZW World Heavyweight Championship. Despite maintaining that all that mattered was having the gold in the family, tension was clearly brewing until finally Sozio sicced his henchmen on Biff and, with the help of a called in favor from CZW boss DJ Hyde, the Son of Italy defeated his former ally in an impromptu match to become The Combat Zone's seventh triple crown champion.

The fruits of his treachery were short lived however as Sozio lost the title in a vicious Cage of Death match. Along with the title, he seemed to have lost more than a little of his mind and has abandoned The Front to forge forward on his own. Who knows what 2015 will have in store for a dangerous....and possibly deranged, Sozio?

Signature Moves: BAM-MAR-CHAIR – Top rope steel chair stomp to the head CURTAINS - Tilt-a-whirl tombstone piledriver THE YAKUZA KICK – In honor of Trent Acid, a mafia kick

Chris Dickinson

Height: 5’ 10” Weight: 235 lbs. Killa Hills 10304

"The Dirty Daddy"

A relative newcomer to the Combat Zone, Chris Dickinson's hard hitting style and vicious streak have helped him make himself at home amidst the violence and brutality. But while his aggression and nasty attitude have already won him a couple World Heavyweight title shots, it hasn't won him any friends. Quite the contrary, he's earned himself a number of enemies including one very powerful one: CZW owner DJ Hyde.

The Deej thought he had rid himself of his problem by giving The Dirty Daddy some 'time off' in early-2014, enjoying several Dickinson-free months before Chris made his surprise return, attacking Hyde after a match and declaring war on the boss. After battling his way through every roadblock put in front of him, Dickinson finally got to face DJ at Cage of Death getting the win and some long awaited revenge. But is the feud over or is it just heating up as we head into 2015?

Signature Move: BRAIN EATER – Gutwrench side driver

Joe Gacy

Height: 6’ 0” Weight 250 lbs. Planet Terror

"Chainsaw"

A graduate of the CZW Wrestling Academy in 2006, Joe Gacy has been in a number of tag teams and stables in his Combat Zone career including GNC with Alex Colon, The Runaways with Ryan Slater and, perhaps most notably, the third member of the Switchblade Conspiracy with and (rumor has it his former partners retired to Florida and Connecticut, respectively).

Predominantly a singles wrestler now, Gacy competed in 2013's edition of Tournament of Death before finding his greatest success in 2014 becoming a 2 time Wired champion, trading the title with Shane Strickland in a feud that reached even to Dojo Wars shows (CZW Academy student shows). Kicking off 2015 as champion, the Chainsaw has a big target on his back. How long will he be able to hold onto the gold for?

Signature Moves: TOP ROPE SPLASH – Splash from the top rope The Mangler – Full nelson Everything Went Black – A variation of a face wash but with a punch instead of a kick

Alex Reynolds

Height: 5 ‘ 9” Weight: 200 lbs. Southampton, NY

"Yours Truly"

Alex Reynolds had dabbled in the Combat Zone for a couple years, even appearing in Best of the Best 12, but his CZW career didn't really take off until he was joined by his Beaver Boys' tag team partner . The duo kicked off 2014 by capturing the Tag Team championship, holding it for three months.

Best Friend Alex and Silver then embarked on a series of show stealing matches against OI4K and Team Tremendous in a feud fueled by wrongful arrests, rightful arrests and donut-assisted abductions. Who knows what sort of pastry-assisted crimes 2015 will bring.

Tag Partner: John Silver (Beaver Boys) Signature Moves: FROM REYNOLDS WITH LOVE – Pop up codebreaker REYNOLDS WRAP – Inverted Texas cloverleaf Skyfall – Top rope moonsault. Die Another Day – Floatover suplex stunner DOUBLE PENETRATION – Opponents sit on both Silver and Reynolds’s shoulders and then flipped into a crunch

John Silver

Height: 5’ 7” Weight: 178 lbs. Wantaugh, NY

"Number 1"

The other half of , John Silver is much more than meets the eye. The brawn of the team, Silver has been known to throw around men more than twice his size with The Toss, always a crowd pleaser in his matches.

The diminutive powerhouse made a lone Combat Zone appearance before making a splash and joining Alex Reynolds to run amok in CZW's tag division capturing the titles and holding them for 3 months.

Tag Partner: Alex Reynolds (Beaver Boys)

Signature Moves: THE SPIN DOCTOR – Torture rack into a spinning Booby Trap – Inverted crossface using opponents arm Biel – Throwing opponent as far as possible DOUBLE PENETRATION – Opponents sit on both Silver and Reynolds’s shoulders and then flipped into a crunch Dat Crazy Combo – Step up kick in the corner into a roaring elbow into a enziguri into a code breaker into a german suplex

“Sick”

Height: 6’ 1” Weight: 202 lbs. Minneapolis, MN

"Unscarred"

'Sick' Nick Mondo is a true CZW and deathmatch legend. The second person to ever be inducted into the Combat Zone Wrestling Hall of Fame, Mondo had a storied, if abbreviated, career. Debuting in CZW in 2000 and forced into retirement in 2003, he's part of some of the most memorable moments in the Combat Zone including the infamous weedwacker spot. A finalist in the first 2 Tournaments of Death, winning the second, Mondo was also a 3 time Iron Man champion and Tag Team Champion with Ric Blade.

The one omission from his CZW career was rectified in 2013 when he returned for one night only a full decade after his retirement to help the Nation of Intoxication defeat The Forgotten Ones in the Cage of Death match and to be there for his longtime namesake, Rory Mondo's retirement. Nick Mondo will forever be a Combat Zone Wrestling icon.

Signature Moves: LIFE CUTTER – Cut-throat rack dropped into a Mondo Sledge – Springboard corkscrew senton M. Bison – Jumping or a diving double foot to the top of a seated opponent's head

Drunken Scaffold Match

In the words of Danny Havoc, the Nation of Intoxication (NOI) created the Drunken Scaffold match “so management will pay for booze.” A Drunken Scaffold match is an ultraviolence match that starts and takes place mostly in the ring and involves weapons such as chairs (some with barbed wire wrapped around them,) tables, light tubes, barbed wire boards, and a scaffold. A liquor bottle is placed at the top of the scaffold and liquor is also available at ringside.

 Use Cage Ratings  Ignore disqualification rolls.  If more than two wrestlers are involved in this match, use elimination rules.  In addition to the Cage ratings for the wrestlers, also keep track of the number of shots they consume and the number of shots the referee consumes.  Whenever a wrestler goes off of the scaffold (either by jumping off or being thrown off,) he must take a shot of liquor. For each wrestler, add 1 to each of their shot counts and refer to the Wrestler’s Shot Chart.  Whenever an unsuccessful pinfall attempt is made, the referee must take a shot of liquor. Add 1 to the referee’s shot count and refer to Referee Shot Chart.  When a wrestler rolls either on a chart situation or on a move involving Choices A, B, G, or H, roll on the Drunken Scaffold Match Chart.  If members of the Nation of Intoxication wrestle each other in this match, they tend to have a toast before the match starts. Their shot count already starts at 1 as the match begins. Drunken Scaffold Match Chart

2-3: Wrestler on offense forces defensive wrestler to take a shot and then smashes a liquor bottle on opponent’s head. Defensive wrestlers adds 1 to his shot count.

4-5: Each wrestler picks up a weapon (your choice of weapon for each wrestler) to battle each other. Roll 1 Die: EVEN= The wrestler on offense wins the battle and rolls on L30. ODD= The wrestler on defense wins the battle and rolls on L3O.

6: The wrestler on offense smashes opponent into the legs of the scaffold. Opponent rolls on L3D.

7-8: The wrestler on offense takes a shot (add 1 to offensive wrestler’s shot count) and throws alcohol in the face of his opponent and rolls again on L30.

9-12: The action moves to the scaffold. Roll on Scaffold Chart

Scaffold Chart*

1: Wrestler on offense places opponent on chairs or table or barbed wire board (your choice,) climbs to the top of the scaffold, takes a shot, and does a suicide dive onto opponent. Add 1 to both wrestlers’s Cage ratings and add 1 to offensive wrestler’s shot count. Offensive wrestler rolls PIN attempt.

2-5: Both wrestlers battle to the top of the scaffold. Roll 1 die. EVEN= the wrestler on offense wins this battle and throws his opponent off the scaffold before taking a shot and performing a deathjump. Add 1 to the Cage rating for both wrestlers and roll on the deathjump chart. ODD= the wrestler on defense wins this battle and throws his opponent off the scaffold before taking a shot and jumping on him. Add 1 to both the Cage rating and roll on the deathjump chart of the defensive wrestler. Both wrestlers get 1 added to their shot counts.

6: On top of the scaffold, wrestler on offense takes a shot and uses his finisher on his opponent who in the process is knocked off the scaffold. Both wrestlers get 1 added to their shot count and roll offensive wrestler’s finisher rating plus 1 for PIN.

*Whenever the wrestler performing the offensive move off of the scaffold has consumed a total of 5 or more shots, roll 1 die. On rolls of 5-6, the consumed alcohol automatically causes the offensive wrestler to miss his move and crash hard to the mat. Add 1 to his Cage rating as opponent takes over on L3O.

Wrestler Shot Chart

5-7 shots= agility goes down by 1. Chart ratings go down by 1 (unless already at C.)

8+ shots= agility goes down by 2. Chart ratings go down again by 1 (unless already at C.)

Referee Shot Chart*

4-5 shots: Referee is slower to react to pinfall attempts, subtract 1 on a wrestler’s Cage rating on a pinfall attempt but still add 1 to their overall Cage rating if the pinfall attempt is unsuccessful.

6-8 shots: Referee is even slower to react to pinfall attempts, subtract 2 on a wrestler’s Cage rating on a pinfall attempt but still add 1 to their overall Cage rating if the pinfall attempt is unsuccessful.

7-10 shots: Referee is now even slower to react to pinfall attempts, subtract 3 on a wrestler’s Cage rating on a pinfall attempt but still add 1 to their overall Cage rating if the pinfall attempt is unsuccessful.

11-12 shots: Referee is now even slower to react to pinfall attempts, subtract 4 on a wrestler’s Cage rating on a pinfall attempt but still add 1 to their overall Cage rating if the pinfall attempt is unsuccessful.

13 shots: The combination of shots and constant physical motion causes the referee to puke on himself and pass out in his own vomit. A new referee is called out to officiate this match. Start the Referee Shot Chart over at 0 shots and for Cage ratings do not subtract on pinfall attempts.

*Whenever a wrestler goes for a pin attempt on consecutive moves, decrease the Cage rating for the wrestler on defense by 1 for that particular pin attempt as the referee is too busy taking his required shot from the previous pin attempt to be in the necessary position to make a 3 count.
