(2) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires— “operational date” is to be construed in accordance with paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 5A to the Act; “the trust” means the Wolverhampton City Primary Care Trust established by article 2 of this Order. Approve the draft Final Business Case (FBC) for the Phase 3C PFI project for Heath Park and Deansfield Community School, noting that the total capital expenditure costs of £42.166million have been included within the PFI financial model.
