There is also the opportunity to sell the Big Issue magazine, providing homeless individuals with a legitimate income. Includes 24/7 supported housing and tenancy support, specialist support and housing for older people within extra-care housing. A wide range of floating support services (provided 7 days a week) is available, domiciliary care services including personal care, palliative care, and support with dementia. Intensive support, rehabilitation, and housing for substance misusers and those that have an acquired brain injury. Respite care /support is also available and all support provided varies in intensity with a flexibility that allows the organisation to respond to presenting need; this can include support 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The organisation also operates a two-tier support worker/manager on-call service, which provides telephone response on-call support across all schemes. Family Housing Association – WISH Project - Referrals made through care provides a wide range of supported housing to coordinator people with mental illness in both Swansea and

Neath and Port Talbot. Accommodation includes 24/7 hour hostels, women only accommodation, temporary and long-term shared housing and self-contained flats. Most accommodation has staff available 7 days a week with some houses having 24/7 staffing. If staff are not on site they provide a peripatetic service on an appointment basis. A domiciliary care service to people with mental illness living in their own homes in the Swansea area is also provided. The service is registered with the City and County of Swansea and Neath Port Talbot Borough Council as an approved support provided and with Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales as a domiciliary care agency.
