The monsoons in South East Asian countries affect the style of cooked across the region, from the way it is sourced to how it is prepared and consumed. At Monsoon Colombo, we revel in the variety of opportunities this offers us!

Chef Ambrim is from Malacca in and Chef Marilyn from Kalinga province in the Philippines. Both grew up in cultures that value wholesome home cooking and , and we take great pleasure in bringing their experience and expertise to you.
