Indigenous gardens and flowing water welcome guests to the entrance of the spa with its tranquil ocean views and modern spa facilities. The Ellerman House Spa and two Deluxe Spa bedrooms are located on this floor, with Villa One on the upper two levels accessed either by secure elevator or staircase.
MAIN ENTERTAINMENT LEVEL
Sophisticated minimalist décor and a stunning collection of original art are key characteristics of the living areas, including a study, TV lounge, dining room and entertainment area. A private chef is on call to create breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner focusing on fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Any dietary needs or restrictions, food allergies or children’s meals may be discussed with the chef.
BEDROOM LEVEL
The top floor has three bedrooms, each with a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring infinity mirrors, a ladies library and art gallery. The master bedroom has sea views from the bedroom and bathroom, the second bedroom also has sea views and the third bedroom faces the Twelve Apostles mountain range. Opening up off an inviting central corridor is a guest bathroom, study area, cinema, and three luxuriously appointed bedrooms each with an extensive open-plan dressing room, bathroom and separate W/C. The rooms are named Sea Point, Clifton and Bantry Bay, according to their geographical orientation within the villa. Each bedroom extends outdoors onto a deck with ocean views. Sea Point and Clifton are set King beds and Bantry Bay can be made into a twin bedroom.
