On the 26th of May 2020 at 0132, Officer Lynch responded to a disorder at 701N Germantown Rd. Upon arrival, Police spoke to Mr. Anthony Williams, the reporting party. He stated that he was in a disorder with Ms. Percilla Smith. But before Police arrived, the issue was already being resolved. Ms. Smith was in the process to leave the area with a friend. Police stayed on the scene until Ms. Smith left the area. No further.

On 04/26/2020 at 02:49 hours, I, Ofc. Gunn 351, responded to a call of a Vandalism at 4411Norcross Rd. Upon arrival, I spoke with Leroy Stocklin. Mr. Stocklin stated that his that he used only for storage was broken into. Mr. Stocklin informed me that he did not see anything that was taken. He told me that the suspect/s broke his security camera and stole the memory card from it. He also stated that some of the padlocks on the doors were broken so that the house could be entered. There is no suspect information in this case. Nothing further.

On 04/26/2020 at 03:11hours, Officer Alexander Forgey (82278) reported a memo at 3555 Broad St.

I checked an alarm at the above location. Upon arrival I noticed a White Nissan Altima backed in and running at a railroad bridge about 50 yards south. I know that there is a homeless camp in that area however the vehicle took off when they saw me. I checked the building and it there was one door where the deadbolt had been left turned to keep the door from closing. Myself and other officers cleared the building but nothing was located. As of this time no responsible had been notified.

On 04/26/2020 at 04:01hours, Officer Ryan Lynn (73508) reported a memo at 1905 Gunbarrel Rd. Upon patrolling the area, I observed a vehicle matching a previous BOLO (TN- ) of a red Jeep Renegade used in numerous thefts throughout the county at 1905 Gunbarrel Rd. I observed a black male exit the vehicle and enter the gas station. Upon observing the vehicle, I checked the vehicle's registration and discovered it matched the previous BOLO. I initiated my emergency equipment as the male ran from the store back into his vehicle. The male drove from the gas station traveling west on Igou Gap Rd. Units in the area were notified of the eluding vehicle and began searching the area. After viewing footage from Mr. Zip, I discovered the male driver was identified as Walker. Walker has numerous outstanding warrants for his arrest at this time. The vehicle was entered as stolen under complaint number #20-031977.

Police observed a white Ford Fusion parked at the Tyner Church of Christ parking lot with the driver side wheels removed. Vehicle came back negative stolen at this time. Police checked multiple addresses and the owners were not able to be located. Nothing further to report.

Both parties stated that they had gotten into a verbal arguement over "stuff". Both parties agreed to go seperate ways. Ms. Center went home and Ms. Ammons got a ride back to her residence. On 04/26/2020 at 06:48 hours, Officer J. Crawford (79520) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 1902 Foust St. On the above date and time police located a large structure fire at the above address. Officers witnessed large flames and smoke coming from an out building in the back of the property. Chattanooga Fire Department was notified and responded to the scene and put out the flames. The only damage appears to be to the out building in back of the property. It did not appear anyone was inside the building at the time of the fire.

On 04/26/2020 at 10:33 hours, Officer Johnston (75394) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 107 N Moss Ave. I spoke with the complainant via phone. The complainant stated that a vehicle has hit the retaining wall on his property which will cause the driveway to wash out with the heavy rain. The complainant stated that he has informed the City of Chattanooga for them to fix the retaining wall claiming that it is theirs and that the City put it in. I am unable to verify at this time if the retaining wall is the property of the City of Chattanooga or the complainant. The complainant stated that the City comes 10 feet onto his property which would make it not his property. It is unclear at this time who is required to fix the retaining wall. Nothing else follows at this time.

Mr. Chase stated he was very tired and little disoriented but did not need any medical attention. Police called Mr. Chase's mother, who came to pick him up.

The vehicle, a black Nissan sedan (TN ) was ran and did not come back stolen. The vehicle was unoccupied at the time of the field interview. Nothing further at this time.

On 04/26/2020 at 22:10 hours, Officer Van Ness (75389) called the victim, Mr. Joseph Jernigan, via cell phone, in response to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 3501 12th Ave. Upon making contact with Mr. Jernigan, he stated that he last observed his vehicle around 1500 hours and noticed that his pickup truck seems to be slanted to one side but just thought that it might be a flat tire. Around 2200 hours, Mr. Jernigan went outside to take out the garbage and went to look at his truck and noticed that someone had removed his wheel/tire and also stole the lug nuts that went to it as well. Mr. Jernigan described the wheel/tire as a silver wheel with about 14 small holes all the way around it with "off road" style tires. Mr. Jernigan stated that he did not know who stole his wheel/tire and had no suspect information at this time. Police told Mr. Jernigan that a report would be made and that if any other suspicious activity or theft occurred, to call the Police back. Nothing further.

On 04/26/2020 at 22:32 hours, Officer M. Dagostino (82257) responded to a noise complaint at 2123 Blackford St. Ms. Watts reported her neighbor Mr. Cameron was playing loud music and refused to turn it down. I made contact with Mr. Cameron who reported he and Ms. Watts have an ongoing disagreement and he only had his music loud because Ms. Watts was being loud in her apartment. Mr. Cameron and Ms. Watts both agreed to stop being loud. This call was closed with no further police action needed. Nothing further to report.

On 04/26/2020 at approximately 23:35 hours, Officer M Estock (82259) conducted a field interview at 410 High St. Upon arrival Officer made contact with an individual later identified as Mr. Ronald Millsaps trespassing at this location. Officer observed Mr. Millsaps lying down on top of the washing and drying machine asleep impeding residence ability to tend to their laundry. Officer made presence known and spoke loudly in an attempt to wake up Mr. Millsaps. Mr. Millsaps woke up and informed Officers he was waiting on his brother who lives in apartment 13. This building has no apartment 13. Officers were able to determine Mr. Millsaps had no reason to be at this location. Officers instructed Mr. Millsaps to leave and to not return. Mr. Millsaps complied and left the location without incident. No further at this time.

On 04/26/2020 at 23:33 hours, Officer Lupo (63868) reported a memo at 1301Cypress Street Ct. While patrolling College Hills Ct police observed a black car parked in front of 1301Cypress St Ct. The vehicle came back to Patrick Harris who has active warrants. Police knocked on the door multiple times before hearing a voice inside say who is it. Police announced CPD. 5 minutes later police continued knocking. Finally, Delesia Vines opened the main door but left the screen door locked. Police asked if Harris was inside. Vines acted nervously then stated no. Police were allowed to check the residence and Harris was not located. Police Had Vines move the car to a parking space. Vines had no local or NCIC hits. On the 27th of April 2020 at 0414, Officer Lynch responded to a property damage call at the 25 S Germantown Rd at Chateau Royale Apartments Apt #246. Police responded to Mrs. Wordlaw's residence due to Fire 13 having to force entry. Fire 13 had responded to the scene for a life alert/medical call. Mrs. Wordlaw stated that she was fine and didn't need assistance after entry was made. Appoxicmently 350 dollars of damage was inflicted on the door. No further.

On 04/27/2020 at approximately 04:55 hours, Officer M Estock (82259) conducted field interviews at 125 Riverside Dr. Officers arrived at this location attempting to locate stolen property related to case number 20-040655. Officers made contact with individuals Mr. Christian Bankston, Ms. Britney Shaffner, Mr. Romello Harper, and Mr. Zachius Shropshire. All parties were sleeping in tents upon officer arrival. Officers determined off-record information and prior interaction with individuals all parties frequently attempt to sleep in this location. All parties were cooperative with the officers. Officers informed all parties by them camping at this location they were trespassing. All parties acknowledged this fact. No further at this time.

On 04/27/2020 at 04:49 hours, I, Ofc. Gunn 351, received a BOLO that approximately five minutes prior to the BOLO a home invasion occurred about 10 minutes away from my position on Hixson Pike. The BOLO was for a silver four door vehicle occupied by 3 black males and 2 white males. I waited on Hixson Pike approximately 10 minutes and a gray Honda Accord passed me with 3 people in it. I ran the vehicle's license plate ( ) and it returned "Not On File." I initiated a traffic stop on that vehicle at Hwy 153 @ Hamill Rd. I made contact with Storm Redford (White Male), Donald Rowe (black male), and Isaiah Thornton (black male). I got each occupant out of the vehicle and patted them down for weapons. I also got consent to search the vehicle from Mr. Thornton (the driver). Upon searching the vehicle, I found that each occupant had a back pack full of clothes and other items. Every occupant gave police permission to search their backpacks. In one of the backpacks we located a PS4 and multiple games. A PS4 was stolen in the home invasion, however, Red Bank Police (primary agency on the home invasion) were unable to provide the serial number on the PS4. There was one PS4 game stolen in the home invasion, but none of the games in the backpack matched the game stolen. There were approximately 50 black permanent markers in the vehicle, and multiple pairs of gloves. Red Bank Police responded to my location and also did their own documentation. The occupants were let go at the command of Red Bank Police. Nothing further.

On 04/27/2020 at 06:35 hours, Officer Williams (63838) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 7324 Shallowford Rd #140 (Studio 6). Upon arrival police made contact with Jazmine Durham. Ms. Durham stated that sometime between 0430 and 0630 her 2002 Black Honda Accord (TN ) had been stolen from the parking lot from above location. Ms. Durham stated that she had forgot to retrieve the keys from the outer trunk lock the night before, leaving them exposed. No suspect info could be obtained at this time. A BOLO was placed on the vehicle. The vehicle was placed into NICIC at stolen (NIC# V981930721). No further info at this time.

On 04/27/2020 at 07:53 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 2834 Hickory Valley Rd. Upon arrival at ConditionAire complainant (Ray Kimberly) stated their work van had been broken into sometime over the weekend. Complainant stated the side window to a work van was broken out and miscellaneous hand tools and assorted copper fittings were taken from the vehicle. There is a camera on property however the video would not upload and may have been deleted according to the complainant. At this time there is no further information regarding leads, suspects, or witnesses.

On 04/27/2020 at 08:42 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) reported a memo at 7740 Lee Hwy. Officers responded to the area of Dentons wrecker service (7740 Lee Hwy) on a possible suspicious subject in the area. Upon arrival officers observed a red Ford F-150 in the parking lot occupied one time. Upon contact the subject Anthony Stevens stated the vehicle belonged to one of the workers at the wrecker service and was having mechanical problems. Subject stated he was returning to the shop to address the problems. Prior to completing this report , the wrecker service opened for business and recognized Mr. Stevens.

On 04/27/2020 at 09:32 hours, Officer William Bernitt (77564) reported a memo at 1732 Jenkins Rd. Police responded to a disorder prevention with James McFarland, an EPB contractor who was going to inspect Christopher Orton's house for re-installation of power being out due to the tornado. Mr. Orton had called EPB on the phone and yelled and cursed at employees. Upon arrival police spoke with Mr. Orton who was standing outside of his house. Mr. Orton was highly irate and immediately started cursing, threatening, and yelling at police. Mr. Orton stated he wanted his power back on but cursed at police to "get off my property". Eventually a police supervisor was called and Mr. Orton calmed down long enough to allow the EPB contractors into his house. The contractors did their job and then they and police left the scene without further incident.

On 04/27/2020 at 12:06 hours, Officer Nelson (75393) responded to a Theft of Vehicle Parts/Accessories at 5503 Hixson Pike. Police were notified by Boyer Auto that Saturday night/ Sunday morning an unidentifiable person entered their property and cut two catalytic converters off of a 200 Ford F150 and one converter from an 04 Chevrolet 1500. video evidence does exist but the quality does not allow for any police identification. a suspect ford explorer can be seen in the video but no specific features can be seen from the video.

On 04/27/2020 at 14:20 hours, Officer Sanchez (73514) and PO Pierre (84860) reported a field interview at 4190 Rossville Blvd. Police were dispatched to suspicious parties at this address in a vacant lot with large piles of trash around them. Upon arrival on the scene, police made contact with Debbie Flippo who stated she just came to hang out with friends and didn't know who owned the lot. Ms. Flippo stated she was not given permission by the property owner to be there and have her pile of clothes and tent set up there. Police informed Ms. Flippo that she would have to have permission from the property owner if she wished to stay there. Ms. Flippo acknowledged and said she would move along. Police had been out at this location the night before and informed the present parties that the owner wished for them to take their things and leave by Thursday (4/30/2020). Nothing further.

On 04/27/2020 at 14:35 hours, Officer McCall (0062872) reported a suspicious person at 4921Sarasota Dr. The owner of 4921 Sarasota Drive said that he was watching a young male walking around his house via cameras. Upon arrival, officer McCall located and spoke to the young male, Jacob Stalyon. Mr. Stalyon was sitting on the porch of a friends house with three other females. The girl's dog had got out of the fence and ran to 4921Sarasota Drive. Mr. Stalyon said he knocked on the door and no one answered. Mr. Stalyon said he went behind the house to get the dog and then went back to his friends house.

Police were told by a 3rd party that Mr. Finley was trying to kill himself by jumping out the 2nd story window of his room. When police arrived Mr. Finley Stated he was fine and that he and his girl Ms. Lowery were arguing but that he did not want to hurt himself or anyone else. Police asked Mr. Finley if he wanted any medical attention and he stated he did not want medical attention.

Upon arrival I spoke with Ms. Kellogg who told me that she was trying to get some of her belongings from Mr. Browns apartment, but that he had changed the locks. I told her that Mr. Brown was having some issues with a roommate a few weeks ago and that he told me that he was going to talk to his property management about changing the locks. She told me that she was going to come back tomorrow to talk with management about getting in the room, but just wanted a report in the mean time. No further action was needed.

Mr. Morgan Adams some unknown suspect got into his 2014 Mercedes E350 (no forced entry) and stole his Carta Parking Garage Pass and $200 cash he had envelopes while parked at the Carta Parking Garage on 04/27/20, sometime between 3:00 PM and 8:30 PM on 04/27/20.

On 04/27/2020 at 21:30 hours, Officer David Gerity (77574) reported a memo at 3914 Rosalind Ln.

At the time of arrival officers made contact with a Ms. Shana Evans, who stated her son is heavily intoxicated and causing issues. Officers made contact with her son, Auburn Christopher, who was laying in his bed and appeared to be extremely intoxicated. He stated he lives there and will refrain from leaving his room for the night. Ms. Evans was okay with that and stated no further assistance was needed.

On 04/27/2020 at 23:32 hours, Officer M. Dagostino (82257) responded to a disorder at 1330 E 3rd St. Mr. Bell is the shift supervisor who reported there were two male parties inside the Speedway bothering customers and panhandling and wanted them trespassed. I made contact with these parties who I identified as Mr. Morgan and Mr. Robinson. A warrant check was conducted showing no active warrants for either party. I informed Mr. Morgan and Mr. Robinson that they are criminally trespassed and cannot be on the property. Both parties left on foot without incident. Nothing further to report.

On 04/28/2020 at 02:30 hours, Officer Nathan Greene (68398) reported a memo at 2232 Center St, Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I spoke to the complainant Joseph Nunez who is the Holiday Inn clerk at the front desk. Mr. Nunez stated a second shift employee allowed a party identified as James Costlow to have a room (602) without verifying the credit card first. Mr. Nunez stated the card never authorized and if Mr. Costlow could not pay he would need to be escorted off the premises. Police responded to room #602 and spoke to Mr. Costlow who stated it was his grandmother's credit card and he did not have cash or credit to pay for the room. Mr. Costlow stated he had some friends at the Red Roof Inn where he could stay. Police transported Mr. Costlow to the Red Roof Inn without incident. Mr. Harvey reported the value of the two cases of beer totaled $54. Nothing further to report.

On 4/28/20 at 0854 hrs I, Officer J. Hamilton #737, responded to the Hi Tech Fuel gas station at 4408 Hwy 58 on a recovered stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I spoke with tow truck driver complainant Eddie rose who works for Airport Wrecker Inc. Mr. Rose said that he was called out on a private property tow and when he ran the VIN number the vehicle came back stolen. I was able to locate the original OCN# 20-10942. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC at 0925 hrs. The vehicle was towed to the Airport Wrecker Inc tow lot for safekeeping until vehicle owner could retrieve it. The vehicle owner is the Volkswagen Group of America. There is nothing further to report.

Mr. Gains stated he and Ms. Johnson are homeless and decided to sleep in their vehicle in the lot. Police told Mr. Gains and Ms. Johnson they do not have consent from the property owner to stay on the lot and need to leave the area. Both parties left the area without incident. Nothing Further.

Mr. Cates stated that his vehicle was parked outside his residence this morning when he got up, however later in the morning his neighbor came over and informed him that his vehicle was gone. Mr. Cates stated that there was an alarm on his vehicle but he never heard it activate. Mr. Cates stated that the vehicle was not unlocked however there was an old spare key in the center console of the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC and BOLO'd over all three channels.

On 04/28/2020 at 13:25 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 3821Hoyt St. Upon arrival, police spoke with Edward Sales, who works for the City of Chattanooga. Edward stated that he was driving the city's John Deere Tractor (Vin # 1L06230HJCH27415/WM415M). Edward was using the Tractor to cut back branches leaning over the roadway. Edward stated that he did his job correctly and then the owner of 3821Hoyt Street came out and began screaming that Edward had damaged his Chevy Suburban (TN ). Police then spoke with Tim Penn, Chevy Owner. Tim stated that he was around back cutting his grass when he looked up and witnessed the Tractor coming down the street with material dispensing from underneath the machine. Tim then stated that he walked around to the front of his home and noticed several small cracks in his Chevy's windshield. Police witnessed a few small nicks in Tim's windshield but cannot say for sure that it was caused by the tractor. No further.

While attempting to make contact with him he began approaching a motorist to accept an unknown item from the driver. They observed my patrol car and began pulling away from the location after a brief stop. Mr Downs stated he was not certain if it was legal or illegal for him to be there and that is why he did not walk away after observing my patrol car in the area. Mr Downs was informed it was illegal and that if he continued further police action could take place. He was negative for warrants and released from the scene. No further police action taken.

On 04/28/2020 at 23:12 hours, Officer T. PLUNKETT (079536) reported a memo at 621E 11th St. While on patrol, I observed a blue in color vehicle sitting in the middle of the exit of The Wellness Center. I initiated my emergency equipment as to warn oncoming traffic of my patrol car. I approached the vehicle and spoke with a white female identified as Ms. Trina Potts, she was visibly trembling and avoided answering any questions. I asked Ms. Potts to step out of the vehicle as she was reaching around he person and her seat. I observed cash laying on the rear floor board and on the rear passenger seat Potts stated that she had no other place to put the cash. Upon further investigation it was revealed Ms. Potts had been a very abusive relationship and was fleeing her ex-boyfriend who lives in Resca GA.

Police attempted to contact all shelters within a 50-mile radius in hopes to find Potts a safe place to stay the night. Police finally located a shelter in Athens TN but are unsure if they have availability at this time. Potts spoke with a female by the name of Joan, police told Ms. Potts that she could stay in the fenced in parking lot of The Wellness Center until she could either find a place to stay at the shelter in Athens or could stay in the parking lot until the morning. Ms. Bradford said that an unknown B/M suspect attempted to use fraudulent bills to make a purchase. The suspect was seen on surveillance video attempting to make the purchase. He is described as a B/M wearing a khaki jacket, black hat, blue jean type pants, white shirt, and has a thin mustache. He did not complete the purchase but the bills were taken by the store. The bills are 2 20 bills. Suspect picture is attached. Since the purchase was not complete this was just an attempt. The fraudulent bills were turned in to the Chattanooga Property Division under same complaint number. There is nothing further to report.

Complainant stated the unknown subject left the parking lot driving a silver colored Suv with no tag. Complainant stated the vehicle left (N) on Lee Hwy and had a white sticker on the lower corner of the back window. The vehicle appeared to be drivable and was locked without car keys present. The owner was contacted and notified that the vehicle was towed to Ford's Garage.

I traveled to the apartment and spoke to his sisters and asked if Isiah could come collect his property. I was told that Isiah was not welcome at the apartment and he knew why. I asked if Isiah had any property and his sisters collected a PlayStation 4, his Florida ID, and other misc. items. I took those items and gave them to Isiah at 4849 Hixson Pike. Ms. Wherry stated prior to officer arrival Mr. Christian Bankston, who had been camping at this location with his girlfriend Ms. Britney Shaffner, accused Ms. Wherry of rummaging through his belongings. Ms. Wherry stated she did not touch his belongings.

Mr. Bankston and Ms. Shaffner stated to officers that they had left their tent at this location and when they arrived back, their belongings and their tent appeared to have been disturbed. Officers asked Mr. Bankston and Ms. Shaffner if they saw anyone inside the tent or in possession of their belongings. Mr. Bankston and Ms. Shaffner stated they did not.

Officer clarified to Mr. Bankston and Ms. Shaffner this location is public property and loitering is prohibited. Officers informed them leaving their tent and property at this location does not deem this location their place of residency; therefore, any property left at this location would be considered abandoned property.

Officers instructed Mr. Bankston, Ms. Shaffner, Ms. Wherry, and all others attempting to resided at this location to collect all of their belongings and vacate to avoid further disorder. She says that there is an unknown party using her name and social security number to apply fro credit in various locations in the country. She says that she received a letter last week from Genesis Credit in Beaverton OR denying her credit. She says that credit was applied for in and an attempt to open a Pay Pal account. She says that she received a package last month from synthetic communications that she did not order.

She says that she tried to lock her credit with the credit bureau but could not answer their questions. She says she has a 26 year old daughter and i recommended she get her to help her.

She said that someone must have pulled up and grabbed as much as they could while the worker was gone. She said there are no cameras there. This report was taken by phone.

She says that she never received the shirt so she contacted the seller. She says that then the seller sent her a fake tracking number and has since not communicated with her.

Miss Dill says that she has reported the seller as a fraud to Detop and also to PayPal, but wanted a police report on file of this.

Upon arrival I spoke to Tom and Sue Pukenas regarding a second story window on the back of their home. Both parties reported hearing a loud bang and then finding a second story window busted. The window in question is a double pane window and only the outer pane was damaged. There was a tennis ball size hole in the outer pain. It did not appear the inner pane was damaged. There was no apparent cause found as to how the window was broken. No further action was taken at this time.

Wilkerson (83698) responded to a vandalism call at 2318 Gilbert St. Upon arrival I made contact with Ms. Victoria Suttles who stated that as she was working in her backyard she noticed a bullet hole in her shed that had not previously been there. Ms. Suttles stated that she then entered the shed and found what appeared to be a shell casing. At that time I observed what appeared to be a bullet hole on the side of her shed. I then entered the shed and observed a bullet located in the floor. Ms. Suttles stated that she was unsure of the date and time that this could have happened but assured that she does not have ammunition in the home. Ms. Suttles stated that it would cost around $500 to fix the shed due to the previous estimates she had from a similar incident in the past. Nothing further to report at this time.

Mr. Parker did have his laptop opened and applications opened on his phone that made it appear that he was working. There was no illegal activity that appeared to be happening. On 05/01/2020 at 10:50 hours, Officer B. Martin (62436) responded to a Vehicle Recovered Stolen Outside of Chattanooga at 4613 Plaza Hills Ln.. While working a traffic crash involving a Ford F150, I became aware that the vehicle was reported stolen. I confirmed the stolen status of the Ford F150 and began my investigation. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Walker Co. on 04/14/2020. The vehicle was entered into NCIC using NIC#V461913156. The driver of the vehicle was Kevin Barnes and I questioned him regarding the vehicle. Barnes told me that he had purchased the vehicle from Eric, with Eric Towing and Recovery, at 205 E 28th St., Chattanooga TN. Barnes provided me with the phone number for Eric and I called him. I asked Eric if he had sold Barnes the Ford F150 and he said he had. Eric told me he had purchased the vehicle from a black guy who comes on his lot. Eric told me he ran the VIN and it was clean. I had the vehicle towed, for recovery purposes, by Gudels Wrecker. While investigating this crime, I spoke with Inv. Hayes with the Auto Crimes Div.. No further action was taken at this time.

Ms. Ruddlesden stated that as she was at the drive through ATM at the Bank of America. Ms. Ruddlesden got out of her vehicle to be able to use the ATM, when the vehicle behind her started honking her horn. Then the female from the vehicle behind her got out of the vehicle and tried to push Ms. Ruddlesden away from the ATM and stated that she was going to call the cops. Then, the female took out her phone and started recording Ms. Ruddlesden. Ms. Ruddlesden was able to take pictures of the vehicles tag ( TN) before the vehicle left the scene. Police was able to get a picture of the owner of the vehicle. Police showed Ms. Ruddlesden the picture of the owner of the vehicle and Ms. Ruddlesden stated that she was the same female that tried to push her away from the ATM. Police identified the other female as Ms. Lynn Snyder. Police will request the video footage from the business security cameras. No further.

Mr. Teichroew explained that around 1800 hours, an unknown individual stole a Rubbermade Cart ($800) from the EPB industrial site. Mr. Teichroew continued by saying that he had a picture of a dark colored truck with an illegible tag with the cart in the back of the cab. Officers observed this picture and could confirm that there was a Rubbermade cart in the back but that you could not see a suspect driver. Officers gave EPB security a complaint card for the incident. No further.

D and spoke with Dori Devoe. Ms. Devoe stated there was no disorder between her and her boyfriend who was present in the apartment. Ms. Devoe's boyfriend refused to provide police with his information. I did not observe any injuries or any signs of anything physical between Ms. Devoe and her boyfriend. Since there appeared to be no crime committed and Ms. Devoe's boyfriend declined to provide his information, he was not identified.

Upon arrival 3A1 made contact with Ms. Raven Pitts who informed us that earlier in the night her and her Ex Girlfriend Ms. Demetria Grier got into a verbal confrontation leading to Ms. Pitts calling an ubber in an attempt to leave the premise.

I made contact with the Rp Ms. Grier who informed me that she was upset that Ms. Pitts had refused to hand her the extra key Ms. Grier had originally gave her while they were still in a relationship. Ms. Grier stated that she was upset with Ms. Pitts over thier recent breakup and that she did not want Ms. Pitts to have the spair key any longer.

My. Pitts informed me that she had became upset during the argument and had thrown the key into the back yard of the apartment and did not have the key on her persons at this time.

Ms. Pitts stated that she was upset and was attempting to leave the residence for the evening. Ms. Pitts stated that she did have belongings inside of Ms. Grier's apartment but would attempt the recover the last of her belongings at a later date after tempers had settled. Ms. Pitts was informed that she could call pollice to come back out and assist in a disorder prevention if it was needed at a future time.

Ms. Pitts attempted to call an ubber but was unable to have one come to pick her up right away so 3A1 was able to relocate Ms. Pitts away from Ms. Griers residence for the evening. No further to report at this time.

Wells stated the first card has the last 4 digits 0005 and expires on 6/28. The second card has the last four digits of 7957 and expires on 7/27. Ms. Wells stated she has called her bank, Bank of America, and Visa and notified them of what has happened. Ms. Wells believes the suspect is her currently divorcing husband, Bryan Wells ( ). On 05/02/2020 at 09:11hours, Officer Hamilton (66984) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2211Morris Hill Rd. I spoke to complainant/victim, Rachael Barnes, over the phone and she wanted to report a stolen vehicle. Ms. Barnes said that on 4/25/20 she allowed an acquaintance to borrow the vehicle and that he has not returned it and she alleges has sold the vehicle. The vehicle is a 2000 silver Honda Accord, TN# VIN# 1HGCG566XYA083378 with R pass light damage as well as front fender damage. The vehicle has no other distinguishing characteristics. Ms. Barnes said the suspect's name is "Scott Lawson" W/M poss. but this information could not be verified at the time of this report. Vehicle was last seen on 4/25 on Mary Dupre Dr. Vehicle was entered into NCIC at 0931hrs under NIC# V611943965 and BOLO'd on all channels. There is nothing further to report. On 05/05/2020 at 12:23 hours, Officer W.D. Johnson (66987) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2211Morris Hill Rd. The vehicle was recovered at 400 Workman road LKQ Pick Your Part, and was towed to Mostellars 2105 East 24th Street. The owner was notified and the vehicle was taken out of NCIC.

On 05/02/2020 at 10:22 hours, Officer S green (70784) reported a memo at 936 Mountain Creek Rd. Police were dispatched here to check on a male laying down. Police arrived on scene and met with a Mr. Troy Sartin. He was not very cooperative with police and seemed to not want to talk with us. Police got his info and told him he was free to leave.

On 05/02/2020 at 10:58 hours, Officer Silveira (66499) reported a memo at 2404 Elmendorf St. Upon arrival, Police spoke with the complainant, Mr. Broetzmann. He requested Police to check on two parties that were at his property, but they were not supposed to be there. According to Broetzmann, he wasn't sure if his tenant (Mr. Randy) had invited these two parties, Mr. Kenneth Bates and Ronald Saxton to his property. Broeztamann made a statement saying that Bates supplies Randy with marijuana, but he was not sure about that. After checked for warrants, Bates and Saxton were told to leave and no come back to Mr. Broeztamnn's property, or they would be criminally prosecuted for trespassing.

On 05/02/2020 at 11:45 hours, Officer Stansberry #575 and PO Bidelman #242 responded to a Suspicious Person at 6925 Shallowford Rd. Upon arrival I spoke with the complainant, Ms. Elizabeth Winters. Ms. Winters states that she went to her office building, Platinum Recruiting at approximately 1130hrs. When she arrived at the location, a black male approximately 6'0", slender build, wearing a black shirt and tan pants, jumped out from behind the railing and scared her. Ms. Winters and her son retreated to her vehicle and started leaving the parking lot. Ms. Winters stated that as she was driving off the unidentified man started running after her car and then threw an object at it. Ms. Winters stated that the object did not strike her or her vehicle and then the man left heading east between the adjacent building. Police searched the area but was unable to located a suspect by that description. No Further

On 05/02/2020 at 11:35 hours, Sgt. Bender #930 responded to a Theft of Vehicle Parts/Accessories at 3502 Marport Drive; Chattanooga.

In speaking with the victim over the phone, the victim stated that sometime during the early morning hours of Thursday 4-30-30 someone stole the tag off of his 2001Buick.

No suspect information.

On 05/02/2020 at 12:10 hours, Officer Hamilton (66984) reported a memo at 7255 Lee Hwy. Upon arrival i spoke with complainant Sharon Hixson-Schlicher. She said that the caretaker for her mother's care, Elizabeth Kosia, was refusing to let her see her mother. I spoke to Ms. Kosia and she said she was concerned due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic about allowing visitors. Ms. Kosia did allow complainant to see her mother. On 05/02/2020 at 11:56 hours, Officer C. Darling reported a memo at 3441Wilcox Blvd. Police made contact with Irfan Joseph who stated he wanted a black male to be trespassed from the property. The male Mr. Joseph wants trespassed had already left when police arrived. Police told Mr. Joseph, the black male needs to be on the property in order to trespass, also police needs the males information in order to trespass. Mr. Joseph stated he has the black males information and would give it to police at later time. Nothing further.

On 05/02/2020 at 13:03 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) reported a memo at 5501Brainerd Rd. An unknown caller called in stating that there was a male and female possibly arguing inside a black truck at the CVS pharmacy. Upon arrival, police noticed a grey Ford Ranger leaving the scene. There was no active disorder at the CVS. Police noticed that the Ford Ranger pulled into the Huddle House, but the driver was apparently talking with another party. No further.

On 05/02/2020 at 14:00 hours, Officer Stansberry #575 and PO Bidelman #242 responded to a Suspicious Person at 7710 E Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival I spoke with the complainant, Mr. Dylan Russell. Mr. Russell stated that he was in his apartment when his door handle started to "jiggle". Mr. Russell stated that he was not expecting company and when he went to look out of the "peep hole" in the door, he saw a black male wearing a white shirt and an orange "beenie". Mr. Russell stated that he accidentally hit his head on the door which spooked the suspect and he left. Mr. Russell claimed that the suspect then went and tried the other doors on his floor. Police search the surrounding area and was unable to locate anyone that matches the suspect description. No further Police action at this time.

On 05/02/2020 at 15:42 hours, Officer T. Durham (77571) reported a memo at 3211Broad St. On this date a citizen that wished to remain anonymous flagged down PD. This citizen express concern about an older male who was laying on the ground. After making contact the male was identified as Mr. Larry Smith. Mr. Smith was not in any danger but was slightly intoxicated. Mr. Smith stated he was homeless and was heading to his camp to go to sleep. Due to how close Mr. Smith was to his camp and it being away from the main road Mr. Smith was left to go to his camp.

On 05/02/2020 at 19:13 hours, Officer Silva (70787) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2400 Bailey Ave. I spoke with the renter of the vehicle via telephone Mr. Jose Buentello. Jose stated he was in town from Texas visiting a friend in the area of Bailey Ave and Buckley St. Jose stated they were at a party when he was told that a black male nickname "black" stole the keys to his rental vehicle. Jose described the vehicle as a 2019 Mitsubishi SUV black in color. Jose stated he had rented the vehicle from Avis Budget in Houston. Jose stated he tried to get in touch with someone from the company but they were closed until the morning. Jose stated that the suspect has a cross tattoo in his forehead as well. Jose believes the vehicle was stolen in the early morning hours, and is unsure of where the vehicle is. I explained to Jose that he needed to get in contact with the rental company and obtain the vehicle tag, and vin number in order for police to enter the vehicle in to NCIC as stolen. I asked dispatch to BOLO the vehicle for patrol to be on the lookout. The vehicle is currently not entered as stolen due to not having the vin or tag number to the vehicle. Jose stated he will call back in the morning to complete the process to have the vehicle entered as stolen. No further action taken by police.

On 05/02/2020 at 20:12 hours, Officer E. Lee (885) responded to a Vandalism at 4619 Montview Dr. I spoke with the complainant Mr. Michael Ebrele through a phone call. Mr. Ebrele stated he arrived home to find a shattered window on his house with a rock located inside near the broken glass. Mr. Ebrele stated he was gone from his house between the hours of 17:30-19:00 on this date. Mr. Ebrele stated the approximate value of the broken window will be $500 dollars. Mr. Ebrele does not have suspect information at this time. Nothing further.

On 05/02/2020 at 21:20 hours, Officer Coleman (79519) responded to a Vandalism at 2022 E Main St. Police were flagged down by victim Julius Summerrow. Mr. Summerrow stated that he was on E Main St and Mccallie Ave when a dark-colored SUV made a U-turn in front of him. Mr. Summerrow stated that he yelled at the driver of the SUV. Mr. Summerrow stated that the driver of the SUV a black female threw a bottle at his vehicle and the contents sprayed all over his vehicle. Mr. Summerrow showed police a very small mark where the bottle damaged the door frame of his vehicle. Mr. Summerrow stated that the tag displayed on the SUV was a temporary tag of TNwhich came off the vehicle as it was driving. Police ran the temp tag but it did not come back to anything. The address written on the temp tag was 4041Hixson Pike. 1999 Chevy Tahoe was also hand written on the temp tag. Police had an Adam Unit check 4041Hixson Pike for the vehicle but did not locate the suspect vehicle. Police will continue to investigate. Nothing further to report.

On 05/05/2020 at 11:15 hours, Officer C. Darling reported a memo at 3273 Conner St. Police placed a tow sticker on an abandoned White Nissan on 5/1/2020. Police were dispatched to check the status of the vehicle, it had not been moved. The vehicle was left unlocked, police searched through the vehicle and did not find anything. Police were unable to gain access to the trunk. Police requested next available tow, S and S #2 towed the vehicle. Nothing further.
