4/26/2020 12:00:41AM TO 5/2/2020 11:59:41PM TN0330100 20-040396 4/26/2020 1:32:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 701 N Germantown Rd On the 26th of May 2020 at 0132, Officer Lynch responded to a disorder at 701N Germantown Rd. Upon arrival, Police spoke to Mr. Anthony Williams, the reporting party. He stated that he was in a disorder with Ms. Percilla Smith. But before Police arrived, the issue was already being resolved. Ms. Smith was in the process to leave the area with a friend. Police stayed on the scene until Ms. Smith left the area. No further. 20-040403 4/26/2020 2:49:00AM 290 Vandalism 4411 Norcross Rd On 04/26/2020 at 02:49 hours, I, Ofc. Gunn 351, responded to a call of a Vandalism at 4411Norcross Rd. Upon arrival, I spoke with Leroy Stocklin. Mr. Stocklin stated that his home that he used only for storage was broken into. Mr. Stocklin informed me that he did not see anything that was taken. He told me that the suspect/s broke his security camera and stole the memory card from it. He also stated that some of the padlocks on the doors were broken so that the house could be entered. There is no suspect information in this case. Nothing further. 20-040408 4/26/2020 3:10:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 3555 Broad St On 04/26/2020 at 03:11hours, Officer Alexander Forgey (82278) reported a memo at 3555 Broad St. I checked an alarm at the above location. Upon arrival I noticed a White Nissan Altima backed in and running at a railroad bridge about 50 yards south. I know that there is a homeless camp in that area however the vehicle took off when they saw me. I checked the building and it there was one door where the deadbolt had been left turned to keep the door from closing. Myself and other officers cleared the building but nothing was located. As of this time no responsible had been notified. 20-040419 4/26/2020 4:01:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 1905 Gunbarrel Rd On 04/26/2020 at 04:01hours, Officer Ryan Lynn (73508) reported a memo at 1905 Gunbarrel Rd. Upon patrolling the area, I observed a vehicle matching a previous BOLO (TN- ) of a red Jeep Renegade used in numerous thefts throughout the county at 1905 Gunbarrel Rd. I observed a black male exit the vehicle and enter the gas station. Upon observing the vehicle, I checked the vehicle's registration and discovered it matched the previous BOLO. I initiated my emergency equipment as the male ran from the store back into his vehicle. The male drove from the gas station traveling west on Igou Gap Rd. Units in the area were notified of the eluding vehicle and began searching the area. After viewing footage from Mr. Zip, I discovered the male driver was identified as Michael Walker. Walker has numerous outstanding warrants for his arrest at this time. The vehicle was entered as stolen under complaint number #20-031977. 20-040422 4/26/2020 4:30:00AM 91Z Field Interview Bonny Oaks Dr//Hickory Valley R On 04/26/2020 at 04:35 hours, Officer Nathan Greene (68398) reported a memo at Bonny Oaks Dr / Hickory Valley Rd. Police observed a white Ford Fusion parked at the Tyner Church of Christ parking lot with the driver side wheels removed. Vehicle came back negative stolen at this time. Police checked multiple addresses and the owners were not able to be located. Nothing further to report. 20-040425 4/26/2020 5:20:00AM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 2520 6th Ave On 04/26/2020 at 05:35 hours, Officer M. Recaido #965 was dispatched to 2520 6th Ave. for a disorder. Upon arrival, I met with Ms. Derrika Ammons and Ms. Valisa Center. Both parties stated that they had gotten into a verbal arguement over "stuff". Both parties agreed to go seperate ways. Ms. Center went home and Ms. Ammons got a ride back to her residence. There were no signs of distress nor visual signs of physical injury. No further. 4/26/2020 12:00:41AM TO 5/2/2020 11:59:41PM 20-040442 4/26/2020 6:48:00AM 91Z Damaged Property Accidental 1902 Foust St On 04/26/2020 at 06:48 hours, Officer J. Crawford (79520) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 1902 Foust St. On the above date and time police located a large structure fire at the above address. Officers witnessed large flames and smoke coming from an out building in the back of the property. Chattanooga Fire Department was notified and responded to the scene and put out the flames. The only damage appears to be to the out building in back of the property. It did not appear anyone was inside the building at the time of the fire. 20-040461 4/26/2020 10:33:00AM 91Z Damaged Property Accidental 107 N Moss Ave On 04/26/2020 at 10:33 hours, Officer Johnston (75394) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 107 N Moss Ave. I spoke with the complainant via phone. The complainant stated that a vehicle has hit the retaining wall on his property which will cause the driveway to wash out with the heavy rain. The complainant stated that he has informed the City of Chattanooga for them to fix the retaining wall claiming that it is theirs and that the City put it in. I am unable to verify at this time if the retaining wall is the property of the City of Chattanooga or the complainant. The complainant stated that the City comes 10 feet onto his property which would make it not his property. It is unclear at this time who is required to fix the retaining wall. Nothing else follows at this time. 20-040473 4/26/2020 12:28:00PM 290 Vandalism 2104 Robbins St On 04/26/2020 at 12:28 hours, Officer R. Ballard (60157) responded to a Vandalism at 2104 Robbins St. Upon arrival, I spoke with Joe Stegall. Mr. Stegall reported someone busted out the rear window of his vehicle last night. No further information is available at this time. 20-040504 4/26/2020 2:27:00PM 91Z Field Interview 353 N Hawthorne St On 04/26/2020 at 14:27 hours, Officer R. Ballard (60157) reported a memo at 353 N Hawthorne St. Upon arrival, Police found Cady Chase sleep inside his vehicle. Mr. Chase stated he was very tired and little disoriented but did not need any medical attention. Police called Mr. Chase's mother, who came to pick him up. 20-040541 4/26/2020 5:30:00PM 91Z Field Interview 403 W 33rd St 4/26/2020 12:00:41AM TO 5/2/2020 11:59:41PM On 04/26/2020 at 17:30 hours I, Officer Wolff #1006 was on patrol when I observed a dark colored sedan parked at 403 W 33rd St. This location is secluded and fenced off from the public. The vehicle, a black Nissan sedan (TN ) was ran and did not come back stolen. The vehicle was unoccupied at the time of the field interview. Nothing further at this time. 20-040594 4/26/2020 3:00:00PM 23G Theft of Vehicle Parts/Accessories 3501 12th Ave On 04/26/2020 at 22:10 hours, Officer Van Ness (75389) called the victim, Mr. Joseph Jernigan, via cell phone, in response to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 3501 12th Ave. Upon making contact with Mr. Jernigan, he stated that he last observed his vehicle around 1500 hours and noticed that his pickup truck seems to be slanted to one side but just thought that it might be a flat tire. Around 2200 hours, Mr. Jernigan went outside to take out the garbage and went to look at his truck and noticed that someone had removed his wheel/tire and also stole the lug nuts that went to it as well. Mr. Jernigan described the wheel/tire as a silver wheel with about 14 small holes all the way around it with "off road" style tires. Mr. Jernigan stated that he did not know who stole his wheel/tire and had no suspect information at this time. Police told Mr. Jernigan that a report would be made and that if any other suspicious activity or theft occurred, to call the Police back. Nothing further. 20-040602 4/26/2020 10:26:00PM 91Z Miscellaneous Information 2123 Blackford St On 04/26/2020 at 22:32 hours, Officer M. Dagostino (82257) responded to a noise complaint at 2123 Blackford St. Ms. Watts reported her neighbor Mr. Cameron was playing loud music and refused to turn it down. I made contact with Mr. Cameron who reported he and Ms. Watts have an ongoing disagreement and he only had his music loud because Ms. Watts was being loud in her apartment. Mr. Cameron and Ms. Watts both agreed to stop being loud. This call was closed with no further police action needed. Nothing further to report. 20-040613 4/26/2020 11:30:00PM 91Z Field Interview 410 High St On 04/26/2020 at approximately 23:35 hours, Officer M Estock (82259) conducted a field interview at 410 High St. Upon arrival Officer made contact with an individual later identified as Mr. Ronald Millsaps trespassing at this location. Officer observed Mr. Millsaps lying down on top of the washing and drying machine asleep impeding residence ability to tend to their laundry.
