NEPTUNE NEWS Support Police Chief Reports Four Drug Busts In Township 2 Are Reported at 96 Embury Ave.

Neptune - Police Chief Anthony Paduano reported that there were at least four drug busts recently in Neptune. Ml* Two of the incidences occurrd at 96 Embury Ave. in Ocean Grove. On February 5, police officers arrested Vincent Michael Higgins, age 34, of 96 Embury Ave. on charges of carrying a controlled dangerous substance (C.D.S.), Dick William Gilmon Kathleen marijuana over 25 grams, and possession of C.D.S. (cocaine) with the intent to distribute. Mr. Higgins also was Murphy Fuoto Brooks Garbarine charged with possession of a weapon. Also arrested were Rodney Tyler, age 26, of 5th Ave., Neptune City, Michael Maldonato, age 21, 6th Ave., Neptune, and Renee Swanger, age 23, 3rd Ave., Bradley Beach. Chief Paduano said that a search warrant was executed Neptune Township after the police had the address under surveilance for for suspicious activities. Board of Education Three days later on February 8th, Michael Bonavita, age 24, was arrested on drug charges at the same address. On February 11, the Chief said that Morlin Logan was arrested at the home of William Apicelli, 28 Robert Dr., PANCAKE BREAKFAST Neptune, on charges of intent to distribute C.D.S., (Pancakes,Eggs, Danish) possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute C.D.S.
