SAGANAKI'S The most popular of the Saganki dishes is of course cheese saganaki. But what few people know is that the name of "cheese saganaki" is derived from the name of the baking dish in which it was traditionally served, not the variety of cheese. Below is a range of contemporary saganakis' and like the appetizers, they are designed to be shared but your are more than welcome to devour one alone. All saganakis are served with homemade bread.
