ROWING WITH LOCR In partnership with the City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Department, Lake Oswego Community Rowing (LOCR) offers programs for both New and Experienced rowers. Rowing choices include Learn to Row classes, Youth Rowing (ages 13-18) and Adult/Masters rowing (18+).The on-the-water season runs from mid-March through mid-November, weather permitting, and participants learn proper rowing technique, boat handling and water safety.
