Indigo Health Voyages Kambo After Care Kambo aftercare is an essential part of the process while working with these powerful peptides. Along the years I have picked up various healing modalities that work in a strong synergistic manner with kambo. Using some of these practices can help with aiding and adding to the longevity of benefits from the kambo treatments. Kambo treatments are best worked with 3-5 treatments over a few months span. A single maintenance treatment is very effective every 2-6 months, depending on your internal process and calling to the treatments. Each maintenance treatment holds great value, building off your previous hard work with the frog. The peptides and healing energy of the frog stay in the system for an impressive longevity. Here is a short and simple guideline for certain herbs, supplements, exercises, and a kambo diet that I highly recommend. Most of these suggestions are very affordable. Please do further research on these notes, seeing what resonates with your own current practices and nutrition. Please reach out to myself if you have any questions with this guideline and your path with kambo aftercare. - REBOUNDING EXERCISE - (Mini Trampoline or Jump Rope) Kambo works with strengthening the lymphatic system. Draining and pumping your lymph nodes is an essential exercise to practice throughout the week after Kambo for optimal health, preferably 20 min a day if possible. For further detail, research Dr. C. Samuel West, Nobel Prize nominee and expert in lymphology. - MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)- Organic sulfur to aid with detoxification. Preferably buy in bulk loose form for the best cost effective rate and take via tablespoon.

Mormonism and the New Spirituality: LDS Women's Hybrid Spiritualities by Doe Daughtrey A Dissertation Presented in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree Doctor of Philosophy Approved April 2012 by the Graduate Supervisory Committee: Linell Cady, Chair Colleen McDannell Tisa Wenger Tracy Fessenden ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY May 2012 ABSTRACT This dissertation illuminates overlaps in Mormonism and the New Spirituality in North America, showing their shared history and epistemologies. As example of these connections, it introduces ethnographic data from women who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in order to show (a) how living LDS women adapt and integrate elements from the New Spirituality with Mormon ideas about the nature of reality into hybrid spiritualities; and (b) how they negotiate their blended religious identities both in relation to the current American New Spirituality milieu and the highly centralized, hierarchical, and patriarchal Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The study focuses on religious hybridity with an emphasis on gender and the negotiation of power deriving from patriarchal religious authority, highlighting the dance between institutional power structures and individual authority. It illuminates processes and discourses of religious adaptation and synthesis through which these LDS women creatively and provocatively challenge LDS Church formal power structures. i DEDICATION This project is dedicated to my family: my husband, David, who ongoingly chooses and supports me not just in spite of but in celebration of our differences; my children Tatiana, Astrid, Dominic, Natasha, and Mikhail, who are my heroes and my champions; my grandchildren, Cozette, Tristan, Donovan, Nathaniel, and Vivienne, who are so creative and open to new possibilities; my father Ray, to whom I owe my intellectual curiosity and pursuit of excellence in teaching, but who died before I could complete the project; and my mother Callie, who I now have the privilege of caring for.

Cultural Studies Review volume 18 number 2 September 2012 http://epress.lib.uts.edu.au/journals/index.php/csrj/index pp. 52–73 Guy Redden 2012 The Secret, Cultural Property and the Construction of the Spiritual Commodity GUY REDDEN UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY According to John Frow, ‘Every society draws a line between those things that can be privately owned and freely exchanged, and those whose circulation is restricted’.1 Religion is one domain conventionally considered inimical to market exchange. Items deemed sacred may be seen as paradigmatic of goods that are inalienable from the group that holds them dear. Special provisions are often made to restrict their circulation and control their significance. Historically in the West this has involved the regulation of religious ideation and practice by Christian churches. Even while the formal influence of churches over the polity has waned, their institutional direction of matters of the spirit has been maintained. However, numerous commentators have observed the increased commercialisation of religion over recent years.2 This includes both the literal market exchange of religious goods and the ingression of market-like rationalities into established religions that seek to sustain their contemporary relevance by embracing marketing strategies, elements of popular culture and consumer lifestyle expectations. There are numerous questions about the nature and extent of such ISSN 1837-8692 changes, and how they may be indicative of broader societal issues. The rise of market-oriented religiosity has been attributed to the emergence of postwar consumer culture and to other secularising tendencies—such as the social influence of science—that diminish the previous authority of religion and spur religious organisations to recast their appeal.3 It is now common for religious practice to be thought of as sharing affinities with secular forms of consumption in offering participants opportunities to pursue personal identity.4 The commodification of religious goods is less often conceptualised as a production process.
