Hermes Opens Store in Paris

Hermes, the famous French luxury house has opened a pop-up store at 8 rue de Sèvres in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, France. The store will be entirely dedicated to its shoe collection for women, displaying spring-to-summer and fall-to-winter collections. The retail space is the same location Hermes chose to debut its first European store for its Chinese luxury brand, Shang Xia, which launched in China in 2010. Shang Xia will open in this location in early 2013. Cushman & Wakefield’s cross-border retail team, led by Pierre Raynal (Paris) and Thomas Casolo (Milan) represented Hermes in the transaction.
