Prior to his time at FGCU, Boehner worked two seasons at the University of Missouri where he served as the team’s Director of Analysis in 2012 and a volunteer assistant coach in 2013. He was part of the coaching staff that

During the summers, Boehner would also train with the Kansas City Brass of the Premier Development League in Kansas City.
