ABECEDNÝ REGISTER VÍŤAZOV Podľa výsledkov pretekov a záznamov v Archíve Slovenského jachtingu sostavil Vladimír Porubský BRATISLAVA 2005 1 2 Majstrovstvo Československa v jachtingu Od prvých propagačných pretekov v triede Čajka, ktoré sa uskutočnili v septembri 1952 ako vôbec prvé na Slovensku, sa tiahne dlhý rad pretekov v jachtingu, až do dnešných dní a ich celkový počet sa snáď ani nedá zrátať. V prvých rokoch išlo naozaj iba o klubové, t. zv. oddielové preteky, ale už v roku 1955 máme doložené na Slnečných jazerách v Senci prvé Krajské „prebory“, teda vyraďovacie preteky pre účasť na Majstrovstvo ČSR. Vieme, že Mojo Kohut ako víťaz ta- kýchto krajských preborov sa už v roku 1953 kvalifikoval na Majstrovstvo ČSR na Kníničskej prie- hrade aj so svojou manželkou Evou, kde sa obaja veľmi dobre umiestnili. Až v roku 1959 zvíťazil na Majstrovstve ČSR klubový príslušník slovenského vojen- ského klubu Jan Sedlák ml. v triede O-jola a v roku 1961 Antónie Malá tiež v triede O-jola v kate- górii žien z TJ Slovan Bratislava. Potom sa už pravidelne na Majstrovstve ČSR ako víťazí tried resp. kategórií umiestňujú pretekári zo slovenských klubov a to v niektorých triedach priam suve- rénne po dlhé roky. Slovenský jachting sa potom v rámci Československa, dlhé roky uplatňoval stále výraz- nejšie popri omnoho staršom jachtárskom športe v Čechách. Slovenskí pretekári sa zúčastňovali pretekov na českých vodách a umiestňovali sa stále lepšie aj na Majstrovstve ČSR. V roku 1957 usporiadalo sa prvé Majstrovstvo ČSR aj na Slovensku, na Oravskej priehrade na slovenskej vode. Majstrovstvá ČSR sa potom viac krát uskutočňovali na Slovensku, hlavne na vznikajúcich nových vodných dielach a priehradách. Opakovane na Oravskej priehrade, na Sĺňave pri Piešťanoch, na Liptovskej Mare, na Zemplínskej Šírave a v posledných rokoch aj na vodnom diele Kráľová pri Galante.
